its not like that...she was indeed confused...she is holding a pseudo-hatred for Jalal...and trying her best to hold it...but she has lost her real ghrina for him long back...and she is realizing it...as she is egoistic so she is trying to control herself...whenever Jallu does something sweet she falters...

Well i guess she was angry at first but after knowing the truth instead of being relieved she was annoyed that he was pulling her leg...hence...the confused look!
