Part 2 Jalaal leaves for Amer

Jalal had a tough time riding on the horse but he had to give credit to Jodha & Moti for their herbal medicine was slowly reducing the pain and the bleeding had stopped. Sometime later he met few of his soldiers and together they headed back to Agra. His soldiers were very much worried of his health and Jalal continued to feel exhausted and couple of times was close to falling from the horse but somehow managed to reach Agra as he didn't wanted to stop anywhere in the middle.

Every now and then Jodha's pretty face came into picture and made him smile. He couldn't stop admiring her be it her beauty or bravery because now that he recollected she had aimed at the tiger from nearly 30 feet away that too amidst dense vegetation, her target was spot on and a couple of inches here or there and the arrow would have hit him... Jalal was curious as to who this women was who was a combination of beauty and bravery a rare skill he had come across in a women.

He reached Agra and luckily it was late night & no one knew about his injuries , he had covered himself in a coat to hide the injuries and reached his room where he was met by Rukayya.

Ruks - Jalaal aap aagaye... Yeh kya aap ke chehre pe ghaav.

Jalaal - Kuch nahin Rukayya begum...maamoli sa ghaav hain.

Ruks - Hum abhi hakim ko bulate hain.

She runs to bring hakim while Jalaal goes near the mirror and looks at himself. He slowly removes the coat and examines the wound. The bleeding had stopped and the pain too. He turns away when something glittering catches his attention. He checks his arm to finds an ear-ring stuck to the piece of cloth which is tied to his hand. He pulls it free and looks at it & wonders how it came here when he remembers Jodha had covered her face & head with this same cloth. He feels a weird sensation holding the ear-ring and says her name aloud... Jodha... Jodha ... akhir kaun hain yeh Jodha. Hame inke bare mein jaanna hoga...Jabse hum inse mile hain inke bare mein hi soch rahe hain... yeh hame kya hora ha hain???

Jalaal hears voices around and quickly hides the ear ring in the nearby drawyer & lies on the bed.

Hakim comes & examines him & says - Shehenshah jisne bhi yeh dava banaya aur lagaya hain bilkul sahi kiya hain. Isse toh aapka ghav bahut jald thik hojayega.

Ruks - Kisne yeh dava lagayi jalaal.

Jalaal says - yu samjho rukayya ki ain waqt par ek farishta aaya aur hamari jaan bachayi.

Hakim advises him some rest and medication & leaves. Ruks hovers around him pampering him which somehow doesn't please him. He politely asks her to leave as he wants to rest & sleeps thinking of Jodha.

A week passes and Jalaal completely recovers from the injuries. Rashid comes to meet him.

Rashid - Adaab shehenshah abb tabiyat kaisi hain.

Jalaal - Behetar hain.

Rashid - Hame maaf kijiyega sheshenshah is haadse ke waqt hum aapke saath nahin the.

Jalaal - Aapko maafi maangne ki zaroorat nahin hain, hum khud gaye the uss jungle mein..isme aapka koi kasoor nahin.

Rashid - Phir bhi shehenshah sipahiyon ko toh aapke saath hona chahiye tha...who hain hi aapke suraksha keliye. Shukr hain uss sipahi ka jisne aapki jaan bachayi.

Jalaal with a smile - Woh ek sipaahi nahin that Rashid saab balki sipahi ke bhes mein ek ladki.

Rashid - Ek ladki? Hum samjhe nahin shehenshah.

Jalaal narrates to him how Jodha saved him & took care of his wounds.

Rashid - Akhir who ladki kaun thi? Kaafi bahadur lagthi hain.

Jalaal - Dikne mein toh saadharan nahin lagi... maano jaise koi shehzaadi ho.

Rashid - Uska naam kyat ha shehenshah aur aapko woh kaha mili thi.

Jalaal - Uska naam Jodha tha aur who hame usi jungle mein mili joh aamer ji sima ke kareeb hain.

Rashid - Kya woh dekhne mein bahut khoobsoorat thi.

Jalaal glares at him questioningly & Rashid feels embarrassed & says - Gustakhi maaf shehenshah humne isli pooncha kyunki agar humara andaaza sahi hain toh Jodha aur koi nahin Aamer ki Raja Bharmal ki badi beti hain.

Jalaal looks at him in surprise.

Rashid - Haan shehenshah... Rajkumari Jodha ke bare mein humne bahut kuch suna hain.

Jalaal gets interested & probes him.

Rashid - Rajkumari Jodha ek behetareen dhanush chalathi hain aur talwaar baazi bhi, humne toh suna hain ki woh bahut ache se gaati bhi hain.

Jalaal - Aapko yeh sab kaise pata.

Rashid - Shehenshah humare aadmi aas paas ke sabhi rajya mein hain aur hame khabar dete rehte hain.

Jalaal thinks for a long time & says - Hum Aamer jaana chahte hain.

Rashid - Aap Aamer jaana chahte hain par kyun?

Jalaal - Yun samaj lijiye hamein kisi khas wajah se jaana hain. Aur haan hum chahte hain ki hum Aamre jaa rahe hain yeh baat kisi ko pata na chale. Hum apna vesh badal kar jaayenge.

Rashid - Jo hukum shehenshah .

Rashid decides its best not to question Shehenshah on his decision.

Jalaal - Hum aaj raat ko hi niklenge...Hum aarahe hain Jodha tumse phir mulaakat karne.
