After watching the episode on TV so many points jumped at me.
In the conversation at Amer the way he said 'farak padta hai Jodha begum, aap log kya sochte hai iss se hum e farak padta hai'! Did Jodha realize who is 'aaplog' here? In the end of the conversation she realized he did it for her, her status and position as the Begum of the Sultanate, for her respect and dignity because she too paid respect to his family...and she had a trace of a smile when she left.
Loved that insight of Jalal, why does it affect him what she thinks or says!
Wonder who will fall in love first, Jalal or Jodha! If I go by my gut feeling its Jalal but then read articles where Jodha will have a soft corner about Jalal after Sukanya's marriage. It doesn't seem so after watching the episode. Will wait to see what happens.
Another point stood out to me. Jodha is comfortable enough to not have the flimsy barrier of curtain between them. She is contented enough to fall asleep without any barriers and on the other hand Jalal needs the flimsy barrier between Jodha and him to control his emotions. Wonderful progress from both ends. 😃
Now obviously about the recommendation of the Khwaja Shera! My predicament is he will disrobe himself and maybe he will undress Jodha a little or else there is no point of giving body heat. He will simply hold her and sleep I guess. Obviously nothing happens.
And now the crux of the situation is Jodha wakes up, sees herself in his arms in that semi-undressed state and all hell will break loose for her. She is not experienced in this arena and she will jump to conclusions without hearing the full story from him and will give him a piece of her mind with uncontrollable rage and fury. For Jodha it is either Black or White, she doesn't realize Life and Politics tread on gray path. I am sure Jalal's character, intentions, word of honor, dignity, his reliability as a Shahensha - everything will be questioned and derogated.
Now obviously Jalal will be furious to hear the implications and insults from Jodha and this is when I feel there will be a difference in their relationship.
I think even after Moti clarifies everything, Jodha will still be in denial to believe that Jalal didn't have the wrong intentions but her anger might subside a notch or two. I sincerely hope so.
On Jalal's part he will start to royally ignore her but at the same time his furtive glances will be there for her, he will give those sidelong glances at her when she will do the morning puja and aarti. But probably if she comes with the aarti to him he will leave from there. He will keep a tab on her from others and how she is doing.
She will slowly feel the difference, she might miss Jalal's presence around her, she might feel jealous seeing Jalal and Ruqaiya smiling and laughing together but definitely will not tell him anything due to her pride. And Jalal on the other hand will also not bow down because of his ego to Jodha.
In this case the only person who can play cupid is Hamida Bano. She might ask both of them to undergo some task together or go somewhere where again they will be under one roof or will have to be together for sake of their 'ammijaan'.
This is just my speculation but will wait to see what the CV's have to unfold for us. Whatever it is tomorrow we will witness a roller coaster ride and the whole weekend will go in biting our nails in anticipation.
