Even though I felt bad for Jalaal, but I am not angry with Jodha answer. Why he keep asking her, she cares him or not ? When he clearly knows she will give Amer excuse every time.. Will he say before Maham or Ruku or to anyone, the he cares for her ? No ? Then why he keep asking the same question ?

If she has said that she really cares for him, then what guarantee that he will not taunt her saying " She does know caring also"... Like previously when she told him he loves her father, he then taunted saying that at least she know to love someone?? So why would she open up to show her feelings, when their relationship is in the beginning stage ..

Jallu will not leave a chance to taunt her, now it's her turn with saying she has mercy on him, as he is alone and no one is there to love him.. Somewhere she started seeing his loneliness even with power also couldn't trust anyone..

Jodha has honesty to say that she doesn't have that ability nor, she can live the difficult life of Shahanshah...

I think CVS are showing deliberately to show now Jodha doesn't have feelings for Jalaal, except as a husband by namesake..When she have those feelings and connect herself to Jalaal, then we might see reverse of Jalaal and jodha, when there will be arguments...

I like Hamida Banu words to Maham " Zubaan aur teer kaabu mein honne chaahiye "

Hope Jodha will become student to her Ammijaan and know how to control her Zubaan... May be that time Jalaal will miss the fun...

In precap, how quick Jalaal forgot all and goes just enjoy Jodha dance😆

Thanks Mansi. i just stated few facts i have felt till date while watching JA. to be frank, there r still many more to say.

u know i watched yest's episode once more to see if a question in my mind is right or wrong. for few days, many of us (even myself) r complaining, that CVs r ruining Jodha's character. They r making her a bit negative (in her thinking), passive, foolish, or rather selfish. but now when i see her after yest's episode, i will rather say, CVs have done a very good job.

Jodha is actually shown very strong here. she is a surviver. and survivers r never weak or foolish or passive. after so many incidents happened in her life, she is still not bending a bit. it's not her arrogance, but it's her strength that's keeping her alive.

one big question. all woman in harem or rajputs always have a bottle of poison with them. then what was the reason , she went to that lake to commit suicide? that too when she is shown a good swimmer. she could have taken one spoonful of that poison , and Jalal wouldn't have got a second to save her. so why she chose the lake? did she really wanted to commit suicide or just show him what she can do if he insults her more. (plz don't say, her dasis won't let her die. there is always a time when u r alone for sometime. if one really wants to commit suicide, nothing in the world can ever stop him)

and i think Jalal is well aware of that. ya , being her husband, he can force her. but he knows , his one step and she won't flinch in taking her own life , making him biggest criminal ever. had she given up after so many things, had she surrendered him , he would have used and thrown her and she would have been just a piece of furniture in his harem. but her this very instinct keeps him attracted towards her.

these two r playing hide and seek with eachother. both want to know eachother but keeping a safe distance. whenever and how many times she will try to throw him away from her, that many times he will try to break her innermost circle and get close to her. and same way, whenever he will try to retreat withing his shell, she will keep him on his guards, with her attacks at his soft wounds. here Jalal will have to let go his fears of rejection by all, he should try to know who r really HIS ppl, he should try to trust them (like he trusts that Jodha will never let anything happen to him intentionally). and her verbal attacks on him r just to break his ice , that makes him cold and sometimes cruel.

and he is aware of that, and still hesitant that she can easily see his wounds and make them heal, but somewhere he fears rejection he has got from his 'So Called " own ppl. that's why he is keeping her at distance with his taunting, when he knows he really wants to know 'HIS Amer ki Mirchi' , the real way she is.

Diksha, you are on a roll today. The points you are making are simply fabulous! That poison bottle vs suicide wala point I never even thought of! My God, you are simply going great guns today, and you have obviously really thought about this in very great detail! Hats off!👏👏👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

thanks dear.

the problem is i m psycho-analyst. so i like to read the ppl, from diff angles. that suicide point, was something that was always there on my mind since that episode. in my profession, i have seen so many ppl, few cases we have studied who committed suicide, that if i ever see a try to commit suicide, it clicks me to think.

Jyoti, as you say, if we try to put ourselves in Jodha's shoes, remember how badly Jalal treated her and tana maro-ed her ... he has changed very recently, but she too has a right to be afraid that he may be continuing his old habit! In fact yesterday when she said those awful words she did not say them of her own accord. She first started telling him about the khataras that had happened since the Amer trip began. It was when he asked "Oh so does that mean you now care about what happens to me?" ... that is when she went back to the "family reasons" argument and it did sound very harsh. But if he had not baited her at that precise moment to reconfirm her caring for him, who knows if she would have said these words or not?
She was harsh and I cannot forgive the words, but we cannot forget the context either. He was extremely harsh on her before he started changing in her favour. Just because he has changed faster than her, how can she be expected to match his pace of change? She may need her own time as per her emotional needs which are bound to be different from his. Or she may be in denial and covering up.
If Jalal himself cannot see too much problem with her stance, I am not going to waste my energy feeling upset beyond a point. We cannot always hope for perfect heroes and heroines, they will have flaws, they will be up and down till they both reach a certain comfort level with each other. And we can even blame the Creatives but how can we blame Jodha? And worst of all, how can we blame Paridhi, the actress?
Somewhere the discourse has to be limited to the story we are watching, and it should not become an actor-bashing, is what I feel!

I know Mansi .. the amount of daily soaps I watch .. I rarely see perfect characterisation ... and why do we expect them to b always perfect .. at times its interesting to watch flawed characters because only then the curiosity of seeing their journey to perfection remains 😳

I still remember how brutally Jalal treated Jodha and his family in Agra during that Ruqaiyya's miscarriage fiasco without any proofs ... Compared to that , Jodha's little bit of bitterness towards Jalal is nothing .. she has all the rights to b a bit angry and give him back in her own territory .. No wonder Jalal is not angry with Jodha either since he understands from where this bitterness is coming from and he appreciates it too as Jodha is not fake .. she openly admits her disliking over certain things ... 👍🏼

I know many had issues with sudden dance of Jodha which Jalal will admire today .. but I find it quite natural .. why will Jodha not dance in her sister's mehndi ceremany even if she had some spat with her hubby .. isn't it quite normal that we attend some wedding and we do hv our share of arguments there with relatives but next moment as part of ritual we gather together and sing and dance as part of the wedding ceremany ... And why will Jalal not admire it ... He like any other huband is attracted towards Jodha for various reasons and he also appreciates the fact that Jodha is so loyal to her family's happiness .. this is reason enough for Jalal to respect and admire her as a woman ... If Jalal had made a big issue of Jodha's rudeness during their private meeting , then that would hv been so Un-shehenshah like but the fact that such small arguments dont affect Jalal anymore is proof enough that he is still the shehenshah we know 👍🏼...

Absolutely agree, Jyoti. Compared with what Jalal did to her, what she is doing is hardly worth any major misgivings! In fact being the Shahenshah that he is I would respect him if he took it as a challenge to make her care for him one day more than she cares for her family! And if he does take such a shapath, then the route to make her care more would be to find his own heart and use that to reach her heart, na?

Well,

May i have the permission to enter your club : JA : epi:-92: new perspective club.

Wow gurls mansi , jyoti n sweet_diksha , you r on a roll n most of the points you have made here lead to a sense of satisfaction as far as yesterday's episode goes ..

One thing i have been always sure is tht c.V's of this show have apparantly always know wat to do, n it is difficult to decipher them , yet again ,after reading your point of views about yesterday's episode ,i feel convinced tht jodha is a strong women n surely a survivor. I also accept her not bowing to jalal is yielding her brownie points with him unknowingly n tht jalal understand his advantages of being in amer n also jodha's .

But wat i did not like are the dialogues of jodha , they r too in your face n don' have the desired impact n thus r very misleading as far as an flow of emotions go. Secondly , i don't like the fact tht jodha always goes marching into jalal's room n does not care to wish anyone else there .

I have no issues with jodha ranting with jalal, when jalal is up for tht why shud i detest it , i would rather try n guage the under currents n observe the complexity of the character but i feel they should work on basic mannerism n tht is all.

As far as diksha's mentioning about the playful game goes , i feel tht it perfectly fits the situation , may be this amer trip was to bring about an understanding of the weakest spots of jodha n jalal .Now all the C.V's would have to do is to connect the dots .

The rest of members feel otherwise is because of the expectations n the fact tht they see a perfectly cooked scene with possibilities of love go wasted , tht is all.

As far as the show is concerned , it would be an uphill task for the c.V's , through they r trying to build the solid base , with jalal getting to know jodha's traits , tantrums, hunaar's completely while at amer n jodha getting to know jalal's vulnerability .This would come handy later on.

@mansi , i must say a positive attitude is all it takes to make a difference n you have an example right in front of your eyes.

KAshi

Kashi, that is a very nice write up. And I agree with you that while the Creatives do seem to have their own agenda and are following their own strategy for the sscript, the way the dialogue was shaped yesterday from Jodha seemed abrupt and too blunt. But if you are able to put aside the dialogue itself for a moment and look at the larger context of the developing love story, then it does not seem so horrible if Jodha is blunt when jalal too has been a horrible guy during that miscarriage affair. The thing is at this stage jalal seems more advanced in his "love story" (?) than she is. So it does look like she is giving him a hard time. As I had written in an earlier reply we also should not expect flawless heroes and heroines, but if the overall story goes towards some story of genuine love and beauty of relationship even despite the initial flaws the story will be all the sweeter!
