They didn't adorn the deity with new ornament not because the Mughals will re-loot them nor because they are short of funds and gold. It was only because Jodha had taken an oath to teach a lesson to the thief and put his adorn the deity's charan with the head of that person who looted the ornaments and till such time, they will not adorn any fresh ornaments to the godess.

From the look of precap, we can feel that someone else has looted the ornaments using Mughal sainiks name.

So let us wait and watch for the real culprit
