Jalal is far more compelling & complex as a man & a serial character, than Jodha. Jodha's angelic preachiness reminds me of those over-eager nuns in orthodox orders, for some reason! But I agree with you Vicky, because the SoulTalk happens in retrospect. The CVs should swing it this way. Jalal makes Jodha fall in love with him, and then when Ruq-MA are upto their Evil games, realises that he indeed has fallen for his guroor se bhari & nakchadi Rajputi Begum!

I know his imperial ego has been hurt umpteenth time,but the love game would've made sense if he had hold a grudge for her,if she hadn't admitted her fault and beg apology..He must remember that jodha for the VERY FIRST time has said sorry for something she didn't do intentionally..And moreover when he keeps saying after the MC track that he wouldn't hurt her self respect again by any means.,in that time does this game track make sense at all?

Earlier I most wanted Jalal to fall in Love first. Now, I want Jodha too. It'll do her & us a lot of good! For one, her preaching gold lectures will be stunted! 😉

And pray tell me, WHY does Hamida Bano not even once speak well of her son,Jalal in front of his wife whom she knows she HATES passionately?

Dialogue in point: "Hume to laga ki Jalal Humaari Jodha se bahut Kucch seekhenge par yahan toh ulta ho raha hain."

It annoys me no extent!! 😡 How will she get her dil-I-Tamannaah of a waaris if she continues down her silent path when Jodha is angrily preaching against Jalal?!!

The track will be interesting if handled properly...Jalaal is Shahansha and for him it's first time to see

A Begum after marriage doesn't obey his orders ( he ordered on marriage night to sing )

A Begum who dared said she doesn't have any feelings for him...

A Begum who still doesn't want to even touch him...

A Begum who told she has GHIRNA towards him...

A Begum who told she wants to give BADDUWA but couldn't as he is husband...

A Begum who stood tall in singing and winning chess play.

I think it was the first time Jalaal facing a women completly hates him even though he is the SHAHANSHA... Till now he has only seen women waiting and to spend one night with him... Even Salima Begum who doesn't love him, also ready to fulfill her duty as wife...
Jalaal said that "Dil ka pata neha Magar Dimaag bahubhi use kathi hai "to Rukayya...

So now he wants to play with her DIL, may be that's why he is the one who became calm and now when Jodha falls in love with him, he will break her heart saying its was just hurt her ego completly.. Now THIS IS JALAAL PUNISHMENT OR REVENGE...
