What I am saying is if Jalal had been well and Ruk had slapped Jodha for whatever reason, Jodha had the right to seek justice in court. But because the circumstances are different, this cannot happen.
What Ruk did (at a different time) could get her punished. She CANNOT get Jodha arrested unless she is a proven traitor. Why? Because Ruk is not in charge.
It's not a matter of opinion here, it's just the rules. I can sense that you side with Ruk here but that's not the point. It simply cannot happen.
