In some ways, yes, for Rajat is a very strong and nuanced actor, with only a few minor weak points, but Paridhi too is holding her own these days.Her eyes are very beautiful and very expressive,and that is a big plus. Then again, after her marriage, she is pure eye candy as well.

She will have much more scope as we proceed, and that will be good for the show, which needs the main leads to play off each other and thus enhance their individual performances. I feel that Rajat and Paridhi will be able to do that.

All points made were very much valid n yes you also make it a point to mention other posts, which had our minds thinking ...iam sure mansi would be very happy for once C.V's seem to have gone her way .

I also , liked the transition we witnessed here, if this track is to be taken into account in its entirety , i would say AKDHA have gone through varied emotions for each other . Today it seemed as both of them have partly accepted as to wat other has to offer , n they choose to deal with each other in a cat and mouse banter , and yes wat is most important is the after effect , they have become subtle .It seems as if they r getting used to each other , except a few complaints here n there on jodha's end and losing temper on jalal's end.

All in all , they have quite settled in their respective roles , not of the husband n wife but more of a strong willed king and his arrogant and judgemental wife .

As far as Ma is concerned , i have a feeling tht she is two steps ahead of jalal this time , may be when jalal confronts her she is ready with her scapegoat or the same would pop up the moment jalal sentences her.

And as far as your question of the day goes :-

I think MP was the only one actor tht EK retained , when the mass walk off happened on JA sets.. for he adds to the comic value of the show n is much suited with our own RB.
I suspect raja bharmal might have staged a protest to keep him in the show , for he seems to be his counterpart and RB would have got offended with a smart , new, more regal MP.

Yes, Tripti, you have caught the essence, and the nuances, of all the high points that you have touched on. This post is a delight to read. I am sure that if this was a cartoon strip, they would have had your lines in the bubble over Jalal's head when he has that half smile!

Except for one point: Jodha was defending the Emperor, not Jalal her husband. for even when she was stressing for their niji vishay to remain niji, that was in the royal context, since the privacy is automatic for ordinary folk. She is not yet at the point of defending Jalal as Jalal, but that too will come and soon.

One of the best scenes for me was the vignette which saw Jodha brush away all the leaves naturally, but carelessly strewn all around the Maa-Ambe statue which made her worship difficult. To see a Queen, that too, a Mughal Queen used to living in un-imaginable luxury & splendour do this little deed herself while being accompanied by 5(6?) daasis, was revealing. For it showed Jodha's innate humility & her pious shraddhaa when it comes to her Kaanha Jee or Ambe Maata. It is this very shraddhaa, that is so charming.

And of course- The best scene today, humorous , and oh-so charming 😊 was the disguise scene. Rajat did a good job of the not -impeccable material that he was given, and was convincing too, but I infinitely prefer Jalal as Jalal than this fumbling & overt-handing shaking Pir Baba!

What made the scene that much better was that one knew the other, and the other till then, didnt know that One was there.😛.. It was important for their future relationship for Jalal to see & hear Jodha's firm but gentle scolding to the passersby. It's all very well to be defended & protected within the palace walls or when the His Imperial Majesty is close-by; but for a wife who claims to intensely hate himv, loathes what he stands for & seemingly doesn't care two-hoots for him, it was protective & definitely delighted Jalal; to see his righteous Rajput defence lawyer take to that task so well! Because Jodha's Rajputana sanskaat & maryadaa is such that it would never allow for her or her marriage to become a bazaar gossip scene, she took to task the young men for talking so dismissively about their Shehenshaah, who is "pita-samaan".For doing so Jodha proved one thing- Whether it be as an Emperor or as a Fakir, she, Jodha, will always stand by her Jalal for Jalal, the person. Not, Jalal, the powerful Emperor.

And what's more? Jalal saw that too! Maybe that's another reason why he gave that very indulgent, half-smile while on hearing Jodha?😊 , Icould almost see him do a head-shake! As if to to say-" Aaah! There she goes again, righteously scolding somebody! Isn't she adorable😊?" Jalal was much pleased by the whole incident & even more-so by her declaration that "ek patni ko accha nahin lagta ki uske pati uske saamne haath phelae". His smile at once became tender , and his eyes softened. 😊. I am tired of saying so but- Very , very well done by Rajat!

And when we saw Rajat pacing restlessly up & down his chambers while the female artist was painting Maham Manga for him, he was like a tiger in a trap. Didn't know which way to turn, with furious steps pacing up & down. Your description of that scene is evocative & spot on, Shyama Aunty.

In the never-ending miscarriage track & the walk-out by nearly a 100 employees, finally a very good episode! And the kind I've come to like most- Enough substance, drama with a splash of romance- And the curious little foreshadowings that these , to take a little leaf out of Jalal's dictionary, judaa, CVs give us!

Actuallly after about a decade we got a good episode. It was quite good. Many people in the forum say that MA is going to bring her duplicate. I also thought that it would happen them I came with the conclusion that how can she bring her duplicate?? It was quite confusing. I really liked the AkDha convo

very nice write up aunty, as for sudden replacement of kanha ji with ambe maa well ,I thing after so many days of bearing jodha's ranting, crying, trail of complains,finally he got a day off and opted to go to vrindavan to do rasleela with gopiyaas to get some refreshment..;-):-D

though all the scenes were very good,specially how jalal torn apart inside after recognizing his badi ammi's eyes, but the way some people were gossiping openly about their king's misdeed and jodha approached to scold them for that, the scene was not well shot,it could be like moti overhears their talks and informs jodha about that and then she proceeds. And moreover were they a bunch of morons that they didn't even realize the lady passing by them is not a commoner,she must be someone from mughal household as 2 maids were following jodha,were dressed like mughal household maids..%-)
Instead of showing the unnecessary MP-bharmal face off,Cvs could have put extra care on details of the bazaar scene which one was very crucial.:->
Even I wished that Jalal asks ruqu how does the dibbi maker look?? as he never saw the maker, and ruqu says that there is only one dibbi maker in the whole market,so it's very easy to find him out, or perhaps jalal knew it already.!! Though these are very tiny points to ponder compairing the great revealation at the end,but if cvs could have paid extra attention on these points,the entire episode could become a fantastic episode with fine touch..:-)
