the last part of jodha and jalal conversation yesterday before rahim comes, was, if again, jodha wants to tell abt MM, then akbar told that he will punish her this time...

though rahim called, he knows that akbar is very angry...so he may not open his mouth or tell lie in fear..and because of that akbar punished jodha...this time...not putting her in jail..may be ask to go out of his palace for certain days or something..

thats why the precap??? jodhaa is not inside and she is outside...

Yes, that could be a possibility provide Rahim denies on knowing about teh Dibbi. But The way it looks Rahim will go mum or blurt out that NO, shahensha, please don't put me into jail as Choti Ammi Jan has promised me by giving the peacock feather that you will not punish me for this crime and you will not call me thief.
