I am wondering Akbar must be turning in his grave seeing the history written by Ekta and her team.

After all this drama Jodha is supposed to fall in love with Jalal!! I can imagine the amount of 'nak ragarna' of Jalal in front of Jodha once he realizes his mistake.

So many factors are not sitting right with me in this script.

The kesar was tasted firt and nothing happened but later it turned out to be fatal and Jodha and Amer got blamed, how...I mean really?? Being a Shahensha he didn't even think of this simple question. Once tasted the kesar was all along the inspection of the Mughals then how can any one from Amer poison it.

The Emperor is so spellbound by his wife that for a simple righteous act he has to take permission from his wife!!! His mom along with ministers of his court reminded him about giving a chance to prove the accused party's innocence but even then he took Ruquaia's permission to grant them 10 days. And he was the greatest emperor of Mughal dynasty. I forgot this is Ekta's history.

Then he gives them 10 days to prove their innocence and yet they can't go anywhere or meet anyone. Oh really Shahensha, how will they prove their innocence then? Will their genie come to help them to find the real culprit? Its like you are going to burn in hell for sure but just die every moment for 10 days before being really scorched without getting a chance to expose the truth. Baoot insaaf hai Shahensha ke darbaar mein!!

And Jodha is blamed for this heinous crime and yet her whole family is imprisoned. Again kahan ka insaaf hai, koi galat kare aur bhukte uske poora pariwar.

If there was any descendants of Mughal Empire then they would have sued Balaji for this picturisation of Akbar the Great.

when will you people stop raising question on historical accuracy when they are repititively saying that it has no connection with history..moreover the saffron was tasted but but it was not presented to ruqaiyaa instantly,so between it's arrival to agra and presenting it to ruqaiyaa,it was poisoned..so whom supposedly he should suspect when the saffron was presented by amer people?? and this time he is behaving like a mourning father, who lost his child that too by a conspiracy, hence stop judging it,he sought for permission from ruqaiyaa because ruqaiyaa is the mother who lost her child, hence he asked her what she wants..and don't worry, it's an emperors duty to find out the truth, jalal himself has to find out the truth.jodha nothing has to do here

I am nt familiar with the history...so no comments on that. but absolutely loved the "proving their innocemce part" which is totally true. if they arent able to talk or meet anyone...how will they be able to? and noone in that palace would help them.
anyways lets see how the story takes it twists and turns.

no one knows what exactly happened in history, and ekta does not claim that she is showing the facts, she herself said that it is 70% facts and 30% folklore to make the story appealing for the audiences, whoever wants to watch just the reality then my recommendation would be to watch the documentaries...i have no problem with the current track, as long as the essence of the story is not derailed from the facts, i do not mind addition of few tracks based on fiction added here and there.

u have valid points👍🏼 ... But i still Feel Ekta is following the History and adding a bit here n there 4 drama purpose... after all its all business...
Not on a serious note: we will never know if from grave Jalal/ akbar might be thinking, oh god my life was not as good as shown by this JA serial. I missed so many things...😆...
lastly i dunno abt you guys, but i watch for pure entertainment n will keep watching as long as it interest ME... I have stop to expect anything good from Hindi Serial after IPK... 😳🤗

You stick to your opinion and views and I will stick to mine. Its a public forum after all, freedom of speech you see.

I have not only spoken about history but also about some valid loopholes in the story line. If they can bridge them with some practicality and reality it will be watchable no matter how ridiculous the historical facts are.

When a male protagonist is shown totally ruthless, incapable of being an emperor with a clear mind and without justification and proper chance to the accused subjects he is sentencing them then its a little difficult to like that character no matter how much he apologizes later on. Again my views.

This is where the line should have been drawn, the punishment is it given by a grieving father or an emperor??? If a grieving father then he has no right to sentence some one else because he is in the dark as to what happened. Like Ruqaiya said she wants justice from the emperor not her husband. If this is the case then it ought to be an onus on the emperor himself to find out the real truth and culprit. As the Mother Queen said no innocent should be punished or sentenced. I want Jodha to ask him this question, who is punishing them, a mourning dad or an emperor.

And yet here the accused subjects are kept on house arrest who are unable to go anywhere or prove anything to support themselves from the accusation. Again where is the justifcation here?
Being fictitious is not a crime but I as a viewer want a pragmatic approach to whatever track you show. Again my views here.

And I hope Jodha uses the logic what I wrote about the kesar being out of reach from Amer royalty
once it was presented and tasted and like you said too, I want Jodha to question this point and let Jalal justify this himself. This is where practicality and common sense comes in a storyline, I want to see it. I think and hope that is not a 'gunah' per se.

I did not mean to hurt you, and sorry if my words seemed harsh to you..I did not intent it.😊
I agree with your logic but you questioned on historical accuracy and said he was mesmerized by ruqaiyaa in dewan-e-khas,where I objected, it was not out of any mesmerization you see.. ruqaiyaa demanded justice being a mother who lost her child for a conspiracy so he sought permission from her what she wants.. That's also my question why jodha is mum , may be outta shock, or grief, or hatred.. but the thing is in 16 th century it's quite odd for any queen if also she be suspected for any crime but still running here and there for collecting proofs to support her innocence; She may protest jalal what she did yesterday in dewan-e-khas and also in the precap, but the investigation has to be engineered by jajal properly and unbiasedly..Otherwise they have no alternative way out. . Anyway who poisoned it and when , this part is totally in dark till now where the physical evidences are framing amer people. No body actually kept the account what happened with the saffron in between, so what evidences were presented in front of jalal he could not overlook them, but still I hope and he should investigate properly and unbiasedly. And I believe he will do it soon.
