...tips for flat tummy :
1. Watch ur diet... U need to workout... at least 3 times weekly ... if can do daily better
2. After meal, do not sit... i mean take a gap... n then u can do wat ever you want...
she looked puffed up buddy...even normal person like us have it flat... buddy why do u think that lower back... Ouch
