No it was no trap or compulsion for Hamida to perform this Pooja. The Mughals were all a highly skilled coterie of people! If she didn't love Jodha so, she could' very formally & in a flowery manner evaded something that goes against her religion. The religion of the rulers of India. Or she could've sent word that Moti Bai should do the Pooja in the absence of Jodha.

It is only the love Jalal's mother has for Jodha, and the fact that Jodha calls her "Ammi Jaan" that makes Hamida act this way. 😊

Jodha is her only hope.. Plus one of Hamida's biggest dream is hindu muslim unity.. the other being.. jodha ka putra.. sultanate ka waaris.. I bet she'll be more happy w/n jodha is preggers.

Of course she is grieving for her son. But currently she realises that if she doesn't act then no-one will! Jalal is in his heart-broken, murderous rage & one whisper of his & it could be deadly for Jodha!!

Obviously she will concentrate her energies on her livid son who might just murder her daughter in law. The woman has her priorities absolutely right OK 😆

Di. I think that's cuz the actress is really weak... Especially infront of the likes of Rajat, paridhi and ashwini.. who are damn good actors.

Oh ya she isn't a good actress though she has been improving a lot lately! But I dont think that's the reason. It's just that she realises "waqt ki nazaakat"..
