So as per my post- Going by today's episode wouldn't Hamida Begum be the first Mughal to show such religious broad minded-ness as to actually take off her jootis & pray to Krishan jee bcoz of her deep affection & love for Jodha? And as per Jodha's daily evening ritual of praying to her Kanhaa-jee! I thought that scene was beautiful! Not the execution as much as the sentiment behind it. I am quickly warming upto the Mallika-E-Aaliyah!

What do you all think of that scene? 😊

It was a beautiful scene but it's quite impossible imo that a mughal LADY would do that.. she wouldn't have.. even if she wanted to.

Yes! ESP the way they showed the flashback & her quick memory of watching the Umarkot Maharaani decorating Kanhaa-jee 😳. Also, noticed her slight hesitancy while nearing the statue & the way she halted to take off her jootis? And her firm conviction that no harm can come to her when she is near her Bahu-Begum's deity !

Hamida bano is adorable...bahu begum is lucky to have such a gem of a person as her MIL...Jodha calling her 'ammijaan' and Hamida respecting jodha's religious sentiments...beautiful...sarvadharmasambhav...!!!!

P.S.- the actress playing Hamida bano is graceful and pretty...
