Pregnancy brings couples together.Fake for Akdha but real for the rest.This is Jalal's way to Jodha's heart afterall they will be spending more time with each other.

Pata nahi kiu mujhe dar lag raha hai ki fake pregnancy natak ke karan kahi Jodha sabke samne buri na ban jaye. If everyone come to know the pregnancy was fake they r not gonna like Jodha anymore.

It has struck me that why couldnt Jalal think abt another lie or used one of his other begum's name.No it had to be Jodha which is far too telling.

Fake pregnancy=happy kingdom=Akdha getting more close=emotions on over drive=fake hormones start acting=Jodha softening=Jalal in denial=truth might be out/fake miscarriage=Jalal tries to break Jodha's guroor=Jalal realising feelings=try to won back Jodha on a fair plain field.
