Agree Rimi 😊

Regarding the show, while Rajat does a very impressive (albeit completely different from HR's take on the same character) job of playing Akbar, I find Paridhi to be a bit lacking. She is definitely improving in every episode, but IMO, she lacks the effortless dignity and class that Aishwarya Rai brought to the character of Jodha.
Also, though the show is obviously much detailed and quite entertaining, there are serious creative liberties taken and somehow Ekta Kapoor manages to infuse a sense of her Saas-bahu serial essence into a historical show also!😆 The way she plays out the rivalry between the evil Ruquiaaya and the goody-two-shoes Jodha could easily have come out of anyone of her K-serials! Also, Maham Anga more or less fills in the shoes for the typical wicked mother-in-law here, a staple of any BT show!
But overall, I do like watching the show...the ensemble cast is pretty good and its fast paced, which helps! Plus, Rajat is simply suberb! I think he carries about 80% of the show on his shoulders!

Lovely catching you here...😳

Now as far as I'm concerned (at least so far) I feel AG's JA has taken as many creative liberties as Ek has...AG had to keep pace for only 3 hours...EK has to run it for months...very difficult to keep up with the TRP act without bringing in masala/drama...so vilifying an already-shrewd power-hungry MA would not be really unheard of...yes Ruqs has been butchered and wish the CVs didn't do that...but the rest of the story seems to be told better/justified/explained better than in the movie (due to reasons aplenty)...

As for reality, real-life characters in emperor Jalal's life i.e. AK, BK and MA make it the perfect real-life story to retell...only the romance bit was missing...which our current makers seem to be great at adding as per their own preferences...

I loved the movie as it portrayed the characters differently, and it made Jalal as a one woman's man!😆 HOWEVER!! I also love the serial, as it depicts a bit more emotions of the characters, and its evidently quite different from the movie itself!

The movie was prevented from begums' fights, and in a way saas-bahu drama, which the serial is not exempt from, for the reason of more episodes and twists and turns etc!😆😆

So, to conclude loved the movie, and loving the serial!😆😆😆

OK to be honest , i'm not HR or AISH fan but still i loved the movie because of awesome concept but if i have to choose between serial and film , than i'll go for the serial. i think Parijat are awesome as JA , and it's also because i think serials can grow on you , films aate hai and jaate hai 3 hours ki one film , 2 hours you are gonna think about that and phir kabhi TV par dekhi toh yaad aayi warna kaha aayi . not every film grow on you , last time i think it was ashiqui 2 jiske baarein mein main aaj bhi sochti hoon , but not every film is like that , serials became part of your life , life mein film dekhti ho but because 1 day time pass karna hota hai but agar serials pasand aaye toh woh timepas nahi hota infact you watch because you can't imagine your life without your fav couple , you get addicted 2 the serial , so for me JA serial is the best , i just love this show 😊

I love both the movie and the serial...HR as akbar was too good and dignified and so was Ash...

In this serial Rajat is fantastic but Jodha leaves much to be desired...Wish they had choosen better looking actress...Again in movie Ash seldom wore such heavy jwelery except for few scenes...most of the time she was simple but stunning...but Jodha of serial is a walking jwelery shop...I guess it is because she needs all this finery to look good.

Movie was simply superb especially HR and Ash were awesome and fabulous
JA Serial is also outstanding especially Rajat 's acting is very very good at times, i feel little bit overacting takes place but that disappears with his good acting skills in important scenes. Jodha is ok no prob...but serial is too goood with costumes and every scene and the place and the arrangements are simply great...

I loved the movie. But, Hrithik's Akbar was just not my cup of tea. His strange European accent got on my nerves.
