I havent seen the episode with English Subtitles yet so i am wondering what exactly did Jalal mean by telling MA he would give Jodha all the comforts of a begum but she will have to follow his orders just like the rest of the begums.He also mentioned about her waiting for him.

What exactly was he implying there...waiting for him??

And what did MA mean by saying Jodha will get the rights of QUEEN but her head will always be down.

I have a slight understanding of what transpire in today's episode but would love to hear other opinions about this matter.

See. The same theory about he wants to dominate her and stuff. As Maham Anga said, he is giving her the empty title of Mallika to take away her freedom. However, Jalal is already kinder to Jodha than any of his other queens, it seems. He wants to set up a new palace for her. Which is a good thing. He wants to keep Jodha away from the main harem.

it seems that jodha will stay away from the rest of th harem..but why?even ruku stays with the harem...i think we r just assuming that she will stay away from the rest of them ,i think she will just stay in a new palace but in the harem itself.

This could mean one of two things... (1) they could be referring to her being a powerless queen hence the word head down also it could mean making her life there even though she's a queen hell meaning being tortured and humiliated at any given opportunity.

As far as Jalal is concerned I think he meant Jodha having to follow Muslim tradition and customs. We all know that won't be happening though...😉

Each queen has her own palace within the harem itself.
