i loved smiley in this role because I felt like she did a good job with playing vulnerable and yet being a haughty queen at the same time.

The last scene with her and Jalal on the bed talking made me definitely fall in love and today when she was acting all uppity in the market adn during the hunt...I hated her...

Although if the idea is to make us hate Ruqaiya then I guess the new one is best suited for the role.

Smiley was elegant today in market Lavinia was looking just an idiot... Btw that scene was so stupid... Jalal saltanat is so big, why they to go beyond their border for hunt and how Rajput princess even mere Rajput ladies can roaming around Mughal territory... So stupid scene

ruqaiya was not evil she was strong and +ve with sharp mind lavina makes it look sly ...smiley did full justice to the role she made us feel the pain of the queen who loved akbar but he never did love her he pain of no kids ever but still is strong pillar of the king even after his marriage to jodha she was +ve as jodha's son loved her as his mom so y are they making it 2 sautan's nonsense...cv's plz stop

OLD FOR SURE, she played the role much better then the new one she said more attitude and played the roll really good, and the new one doesn't seem that smart for this role, i even loved the smiley's voice and the way she did ever scene
