Ruqaiya is Akbar's best friend,companion and most importantly his chief wife and consort. Unlike his other Queens,who uses their emotional tricks to get close to him, she uses her mind power. Even though she knows her position in his life yet she has her insecurities.

I can understand her plight regarding heir. Since Jalal doesn't have a faith in love and importantly he will never in love with someone acc to her( Duh Jodha is coming soon 😛). she only wants to be Jalal truthful wife and mother of his child. In harem he never looks at other women except Ruqaiya, so that why she is very much confident regarding Fareeda's pregnancy.😛
