They have been showing how ruqaiya is his friend,wife and queen, it seems all he needs is her. She isnt even a bad character! She really seems to be on his side. Yes they have repeatedly hinted that she owns his mind, not his heart,(hinting thats the place jodha is gonna occupy).
Maybe they are trying to show ruqaiya is his friend and jodha his love. But if you see marriages in India (majority), isnt it more based on friendship, than love. Its cause of this, for me ruqaiya looks like a TYPICAL wife. I dunno how jodha is gonna replace her, or how the cvs will make the story convincable. Im really really looking forward to jalaal-jodha interactions, and how and why jalaal falls for her.

It think the reason being is that Jodha will match Jalal on many level she is no innocent wife, he see's her as his equal. Maybe she will be challenge to him and for him.

I just hope CVs will pull out this transformation in a meaningful and good way!! I don't want them to show things like jodha entering his life and he begins to avoid ruqaiya..They have given much importance to ruqaiya's character and they must give a proper reason for jalal to avoid her..

I think they will show jodha teaching Akbar compassion while being the strong & courageous woman that she is. Akbar said he likes that whatever is different & that happens to be jodha. He will be torn between the 2 ladies. He will not start ignoring ruqaiya so easily.

in an article it was mentioned that ruqqaiya i.e smili is only doing a cameo...so i dont know what is going to happen.

There is no need to be totally ignore Ruqaya.. Even today so many practice polygamy and they have legal n healthy (law n religion) relation ships with more than 2 wife's.

I think so India is only non Muslim country allowed Muslim to practice polygamy acc to their religion... Aur us zamana Mae tau Hindu raja also had so many wife's.

It's a show abt jodha Akbar fictional luv story so may be she will own his heart but there is no need to take legal rights of other wifes.. There is no need to ignore ruqs aur turn her in negative... Us k baghair bhi Kama chal sakta hae...
