I think Ruqaiya's characterization is very interesting...it's a powerful, multi-layered character with a lot of potential.

But Smiley's acting is a bit inconsistent...I thought she was still alright in yesterday's epi...today she was worse...totally blank in some bits and her dialogue delivery also becomes toneless in b/w.

I'm willing to give her time though cuz this character has a very important place in Jalal's life and their interactions are intriguing.

I do feel though that they should do something about improving her wardrobe as well...it was looking very tacky in contrast to the clothes and jewellery of the rest of the women in the harem.

Pinaz begum's wardrobe looked way better than hers.😕

Paridhi is a better actress in my opinion. I think Ekta has been shrewd in the casting...she deliberately didn't cast someone very pretty in Ruqaiya's role... 😡

Paridhi is prettier and more graceful and has a charm as Jodha which makes you understand why Jalal is drawn to her in contrast to Ruqaiya.

Honestly I didnt like today's epi...to much of Jalal and less Jodha
