Well , the harsh truth of Indian television is it is ruled by women .

Not me saying this , but highly popular male actors of this industry , Mohit Raina , Mishal Raheja n likes of them admitted it .

99 % of daily soap viewers are women , housewives most of them...they want to see the soap revolving around the female protagonist...

Trust me , not a single girl of my class watches daily soaps , 2 hours movies are their thing .they can't even believe when I said I watch a daily show . 😆

For a new show , in it's initial days , even 2 episodes matter a lot .

If this continues trp will only go downhill as this show already has many shortcomings .

They should show us the mughal track n the rajput track side by side , balancing their time neatly between these two .

Majority of young generation people never ever will watch a historical daily show .

If they even switch on the TV and don't find a suitable movie , they'll watch shows like Buddy Project 😆 .

Of course. Not only young people, but majority of audience do not have an interest in historical shows. That is the main reason of decreasing trps. Historical shows are supposed find a limited audience only. I, myself, watch the show because I love the main couple. I hope Ekta just marries them off soon. And don't worry about trps, Prithviraaj Chauhan was a superhit historical, and even in its prime, it did not cross 3.2. So, we still have hope. 😊 And don't worry about Paridhi, she is the principle character. The story will focus on her trials and struggles.

...right now I care a damn about Akdha . 😆

I'm in no hurry to see them getting married . 😛

And I want them to continue this track for at least another month , I'm liking it . 😳

youve gotta be kidding mac 😆 when PRC was on air,the MAJORITY were teens 😆 anyway,its been 7 years now,so i wudnt compare. 😆

Well wat ever was shown in today's epi was quite mild compared to the real thing 😳 😆 Raja maharajas had many consorts n ladies for entertainment...it might seem wrong to the modern woman of today n may trigger hatred towards the person(Akbar in this case) but its the truth...anyone who hv been to Fatehpur Sikri would hv seen the Imperial Harem...the complex has different quarters/palace for each of Akbar's wife.
Akbar even had a Portuguese-Christian wife 😛 The man sure was a master politician...no matter he was is still called "Akbar-The Great". To hv a upper hand he married a Hindu n a Christian.

I remember reading somewhere that Akbar repented marrying anyone after Ruqaiya...He even asked his peers n the public to follow monogamy in marriage.

According to the historians Akbar was vry fond of Ruqaiya...she was his 1st wife, his 1st cousin n his best friend... he had even given Shah Jahan to her. Shah Jahan grew up under her. Politically also she had more hold than any of this other wives...Some believed she was his true love but over the course of time people romanticized the idea of first Hindu-Mughal marriage so hence the Jodha-Akbar saga.I think Jodha was his 3rd wife.

I am liking the show so far...I knw the future holds some jealousy triangle track betn Akbar Jodha n Ruqaiya but hopefully they won't butcher Ruqaiya's strong image by turning her negative.

LOL yaa I was 14 when PRC was on air n was a BIGGG pankha of the show n Rajat n since then hv stalked each n every show of his...dharam veer...TL...fear files n now JA 😆

Well , you should see the trp list then buddy , you don't have to take my words 😉 , you'll find ALL the top shows are only about kitchen politics , surely teens are not watching these shows ? 😆
