Am enjoying the serial so far, but I get annoyed whenever Rajat speaks. He needs to work on his voice, he does not sound like a majestic king at all, or even a cruel one for that matter. I find that most of the times he whispers and is barely audible which takes away from the dialogues that are spoken and that need to be understood and emphasized.
In looks he looks compatible with Jodha but Jodha's voice is very loud and clear. One can see that even from their interview when the show was launched.
Maybe he is unsure about how to portray all the different shades of Akbar - then the direction needs to be better.
His voice, his posture has to match that of a king and so far I am having trouble connecting with him as Akbar.
Actually the actor that plays Suryaban has a good voice and in his demeanor looks like a king.
Just my opinion. Hope the production house takes note.
