The little banter that Jodha-Jalal shared in Mainavati's presence was the surprising highlight of the epi to me...lol...they've turned it into a childish game of one upmanship...and Jalal always underestimates Jodha's clever and mischievous side...I did like how they were both keeping up the pretense of a happy marriage to Maina but at the same time trading barbs underhandedly...lol...it's becoming a battle of wits b/w them...and Jodha grumbling about how he always looks for ways to put her down...haha...and Jalal's like I'll always find ways to show you down, don't you worry😆

...even in the latter scene when Jalal confronts her about the spicy food...Jodha stands her ground and logically reasons with him that she had no cause to do such a thing...ofcourse Jalal is just hopping mad and doesn't know anyone other than her who would DARE to blatantly insult him like this...lol

And plus there is no one he can suspect to do such mischief like he said since he wouldn't think in his far dreams his badi ammi would torture him ! 😡 and to him only ruq and jodha have the audacity to step him down , and here ruq isn't in the scene at all so it leaves him to torture jodha only ! 😆
But I must give it to jodha that rather than her old impulsive self she very logically told him that since he is keeping her parents happy she has no valid reason to play games with him ! 👏

This scene actually connected to the age frame they are in ! 20 and 17! Sometimes they should Deffo show such banter to show their child within that has been killed at many points in their life ! Jalal at the age when he was made a king at 13 and had to be mature overnight and jodha who still isn't an adult but has endured hardships before her age !


@mac ! See Jalal has offcially declared to jodha the hate he has for her ! I know hurting her wasn't the best memory to revive , but he is no saint to feel bad for it yet ! So he will not think of asp many morals now at least ! 😆 and u can't deny it was jodha first who started it ! Had it been a realty in that era of a wife reprimanding her hubby , a typical hubby if those times would have berated her for this ! Lol !
