I love Historical Fiction, and though I had no idea what some of the character's said, it was powerpacked as hell! ps, thanks to Reeti for her lovely written update so that I finally was able to understand some of it! 😳

Gosh, there was one thing that I just kept cringing about: Ekta Kapoor and her graphics. The war scene with the CGI fire was so badly done that I just couldn't help but cringe. And I also got confused over the guy Jalal in the beginning but apparantly he was the younger Akbar? So that means "Jalal" was when he was 15 and Akbar in now 20, right? PS when Rajat came onto the screen, I squealed a little bit because of his voice! Gosh, I have this thing about guys and voices! I mean, if a guy has a soft (or raspy) voice then it makes me gush! Don't know about Rajat's acting, but his voice is hella hot! Urm, yeah. 🤣

Coming onto Jodha, Paridhi sooo fits the role! I mean she's cute and adorable, and that's what whats Jodha is about, right? And that's what Akbar will fall in love with! 😛 PS, Jodha's hair is so long! I thought my hair was long, but no Jodha exceeded me. SO JEL! 😆 I loved the ending when Jodha was shouting at that guy to save Moti bai (ps is that her name or is that just a form of address?) and she was like "give me the sword and I'll fight them off myself", I sort wanted her to beat them like kickass and all, but unfortunately it never happened (poor me, maybe next time, eh? LOL)

PS what was that book that Jodha got so happy of? And was it that heavy or did it have magical powers? 😆

Also, I loved loved loved! the beginning scene. I didn't actually understand it because hey my hindi is bad but from what I understood, it's Jodha and Akbar's soul talking right? I thought that was so beautiful! The way it was filmed! Okay, yes it seemed a little bit sad for the first ever scene that we "see" them dead but gosh, it was just so beautiful - my inner fangirl mode is switching on - actually, I'm more fangirling over the fact that it was such an awesome scene, and shot awesome-ly? you can see my vocabulary is fairly limited. 🤣

Was that all I wanted to say? Can't remember now. 🤔

OH YEAH! Though Akbar isn't shown as how he was in the movie (I'm assuming, only watched a few minutes of the film LOL), apparantly he was ruthless? I'm not sure, but whatever. I love the idea that he changes because of Jodha :) yep, that's pretty much it. =D

Reply if you can process my craziness.

PS, I forgot to mention I'm Zahara. And that's with a silent H. 😎

Epi wasnt powerpacked for me!!! it could have been better...
d war scenes were clumsy!!! eeww types!!!! 🤢
the effects (wouldnt call them 'special' effects since they had nothing 'special') were below average, looked as if they were done in a hurry!!!!! 😔
Also, Akbar is being shown as a villain, robbery at mandir and all!!!!! 😔
I agree, he's ruthless (in the show), but not negative yaar!!!!!
Disappointed...!!! :/

aw, I get impressed over anything 😆 okay yeah, the 'special effects' were LAME. When lil Akbar chopped that guys head off, yeah what the hell was that?

Okay, I know nothing about the history of it because well, didn't really research it so I wouldn't know about that. I guess everyone has diff opinions over Akbar's personality. And apparantly (not sure exactly) but there were no evidence of a "Jodha" in history books?

Gosh ! can't tell you how eagerly I was waiting for your post Zahara !
Very nice post , I must say . 👍🏼
Yes , it's a very very power-packed episode , but the start was somber n kinda sad...but it was just beautifull , at least I found it very beautiful...the spirits of Jodha n Akbar talking with each other...their love still very much alive !
They showed a lot of Jodha today and Paridhi is just perfect Jodha...she's sooo beautiful , elegant n graceful...you used the right word to describe her...she's simply adorable ! 👏

Zahara , there WAS mention of Jodha in the history books...but they mentioned her in different name . There's a running controversy about her name...but as it's history...no one can actually tell what's the truth .
So , my advice for you is don't search for history...instead enjoy the frolicking n beautiful chemistry that Rajat n Paridhi shares . 😆

LOL, Mac! 🤗
I loved the beginning! Just didn't think it was something Ekta had done! It was truly beautiful! From the mini part of Rajat they showed, he was superb! I liked Paridhi but before I comment on her acting, I want to watch her some more. But yeah she looked elegant! =D Can't say about the sister though, she just seemed a n n o y i n g ! 🤣 Damn, I really did want Jodha to go and fight. SIIIGGHH.

Yeah that's what I thought too. Oh well, as much as I like History, Mughal/Rajput History is not my forte. Give me some Victorian or Georgian any day. 😆 Can't wait to see them onscreen as in together! Sound be interesting! 😃

The book that Jodha's brother gifted her was ' PrithviRaj Raso ' .
Jodha loves to read , so she was very happy getting a huge reading material from his brother . 😆
The book is gold-covered ! 😉
