JODISS CHILL AT PARTY 'KAMAAL KI'

Whatever Dheeraj Kumar does he does it in style. This was more than evident on Saturday evening, when he threw a bash to celebrate the launch of his celebrity game show on Star Plus, Jodi Kamaal Ki at a city hotel. A host of celebrities present at the party watched the show live on a giant screen that was specially put up at the party venue. Compere for the evening, Siddharth Kannan was at his usual best and in his typical style, he welcomed the couples who participated in the show, on to the podium.

The celebrity list included Bappi and Chitrani Lahiri, Baba and Anju Sehgal, Shaan and Radhika, Nikki Aneja and Sunny Walia, Neeraj Rawal and wife Puja and the king of laughter challenge Raju Srivastav with wife Shikha. The couples described the wonderful and enjoyable time they had while shooting for the show. Siddharth Kannan also requested an impromptu performance from Baba Sehgal and Bappi Lahiri dedicated to their spouses.

Meanwhile, Raju Srivastav also cracked a few jokes entertaining everyone present. Dheeraj Kumar then uncorked the champagne bottle to toast to the occasion. A huge cake was also cut by him and wife Zuby Kochchar to celebrate the launch. Creative head of Star, Shailja Kejriwal made sure his presence was felt at the party.

Also spotted among the guests were Ali Asghar, Anang Desai and Chitra Desai, Lalit and Meena, Manish Goel and Poonam Narula, Rajiv and Delnaz Paul, Mona Singh with her father Col. Jasbir Singh, Bakhtiyaar Irani and Tanaaz Lal among others. Rakshanda Khan, the host of the game show made a fashionable late entry but stayed on till the end.
