Vinit - Jaane kya chahe mann

When I saw the spoiler thread yesterday I was really surprised to see Vinit's scores. I hoped that Vinit would get a perfect 30 for this song. This song was tailor made for Vinit. I was sure that this Himesh's chela (Tingu No. 1)would do wonders with this song just like another chela of Himesh (Tingu No. 2). Then I heard Vinit's performance and realized how inferior Vinit's voice quality is.

When compared to Tingu # 2, the difference was just like chalk and cheese.

The english part that Vinit sang was just horrible. Also there was no clarity in his voice. The power was totally missing. I think that this was one of Vinit's worst performance. Just listen to the power that Aneek had in his voice when compared to Vinit.

I think this was the worst "Jaane Kya chahe mann" ever sung by any contestant in any reality show. I heard Aneek, Abhas, and Anwesha performing this song, but Vinit was by far the WORST.

Coming back to other performances of the day.

Loved Abhijeet's performance, specially the last alaap. Mindblowing, heart touching.

Harshit - Liked his performance a lot. Very difficult song.

Debu - As usual very good, but not his best. Wish he had sung "Rim Jhim Gire". But one of the better performances of the day.

Toshi- I would agree with Shekhar. Toshi sang some parts of the song so so amazingly that my hairs stood up. I would have surely given him 10 just for those parts.

Vinit and Rahul - Sick and tired of this sickly gay theme. Specially behind the covered umbrella. Star should realize that kids of all ages watch the show. 🤢 . This will not stop unless one of them is eliminated. Hope my wish is fulfilled next week. 😉

Completely agree with you...though I don't like Debo's song...I felt the soul was completely missing....but everything else that u said...totally agree...

Thanks for the videos...After wathing the video i think Vinit's voice quality is much much better than any of those..Aneek's voice is a boys voice...vinit's voice is more mature ....Aneek's song was in proper soor and sounded better but i think it was not one of btter days for vineet...But any day vineet can sing better than aneek.

o.kk I am confused ...tell me this ..I heard it before too...qeustion like who has better voice quality ??...so if somebody has better voice quality but doesn't sing in proper sur and feel , he is still a better singer ???😕...

I have yet to appreciate a singer who doesn't always sing in proper sur ( I mean if i have to wait for the day when he sings in sur) but has a better "voice quality".... Then i have to say Amitabh B is the best singer because he has one of the best voice quality in the country !!!!!!!!!!!😉 ...

I think it's better if u stick with the notion that today wasn't one of his better days.....in 4,5 years time his voice might mature but in this competetion he has the most immature voice ....and please don't say that vineet sang better than Abhaas ( that is if u know who abhaas joshi is)

Comparison with singers from other shows is not allowed... The topic is leading to just that and is a direct comparison between contestants from other shows... It is requested that the discussion may be restricted to only to this show...
