Oki.......ye it does ask u for ur city and country when registerin but that your registerin yourself for INdya.com....and soo that u can be from newhere but the catch iss...when they shortlist the votes....and if that voting ID has a country outside of India.......attached to it....the votes get listed out.....sooo onlyy peoplee who have accts registered under Indian citys and India aree gonna have there votes count....soo makee Ids and make sure u register from sum Indian city.....hehee.....gooodluck guyss.....keeeeeppp Votingg....especialllyy for RKV.......tooodlesss.....
