DOTW: Is it worth it or not?

Helloo everyone. 🤗

So, we haven't really had this before but this week I thought we should have a DOTW and a GOTW. What say? 😳

Let's discuss the following things for this week:

1) All the drama, worth it or not? Or is it just a TRP catch?

2) The Top 5, so far. Are you happy with who was chosen and who wasn't?

3) What are your thoughts on the Wild Card Entry?

4) Each individual contestant - what are your thoughts?

5) And lastly, was this show a disappointment?

This show was a disappointment. I remember when it started, they claimed that the contestants would give the songs a new flavour. The USP was supposed to be that it will not be about copying the original, but about giving a new interpretation to songs.

They started off like that, with the rhythm-change rounds and the remix rounds and the instrument-based rounds.

Now, this show is just another show with okay singers. The performances are okay-shokay, the songs are okay-shokay. Nothing impressive but not unlistenable either.

The only USP of the show now is drama: it consistently provides a lot of drama. I don't like watching much drama on music shows, so I am not too happy about this new USP.
