I don't think that will happen unless Sid starts mistreating her.

Right now he is lavishing attention and romance on her so Didi is satisfied with that.

She is in competition mode with Ani/Runak right now....unko prove karna chahti hai that she is happier with Sid toh again Sid ke paas jaake wohi sab bolegi that you have given me love Ani never gave me, he is enjoying with Jhanak blah blah mujhe badla lena hai blah blah....lol

Haha yes, I also noticed how he specifically called out ki koi pyar nahin tha us shaadi mein...na use pyar hai na mujhe toh kya point us shaadi ka? .....Thammi ke as usual kuch palle nahin padaa....hardcore denial in this entire gang about the truth of Anishi shaadi that has been in front of everyone's eyes all along.
