Absolutely Mayuri…Bang on!! this blow hot blow cold is so stupid… it would have made better sense if the character is shown to accept the fate of this relationship however silly the justifications be… atleast its a perspective…

In a way, she is shown as rejecting the future for the relationship but just becos the format calls for them to share space, contrived situations are engineered with Jhanak hanging about Didi and doing seva… why was it required for her to do this nonsense! Apart from that her Didi Jhaap is so ott!! Makers still showing Jhanak as more concerned for the Didi who just conspired to throw her in jail than the Sirji who literally fought the whole world to save her from jail

She was showing a 1000 times more gratefulness towards the Mimi who just gave one random testimony in her favor today ....but the Ani who hasn't slept or eaten in two nights while trying to support and fight for her was brushed aside without even a Thank You .....Ani's efforts are always going to remain wasted because he is the permanent object of contention.....all his good deeds will remain moot because Jhanak wants validation from others that she doesn't covet her Didi ka pati despite calling him "mann se pati"....that is what Mimi gave her today so she was lavishing gratefulness on Mimi jaise usse badi koi supporter nahin uski life mein

Jhanak has found a middle lane even in fatalism....she will never stop calling him "mann ka pati", never stop repeating that she loves him.... but will also keep expecting him to not care about all this and just stay away from her for the rest of his life and supposedly live "happy life" with Didi even after Didi has seen Runak declaring their love for each other multiple times
