Actually it's again related to who earns more...since Choton contributes bare minimum in the household, even his own mother doesn't care about his opinions...it's a reality of many households where money is the ultimate determinant of authority...it's his mother who through her repeated dismissal of Choton's opinions has allowed the daughters'-in-law to be disrespectful towards him, irrespective of age.

What is this kise choonna!!! Ab aur choonne ke liye kya bacha hai!! Arshi is de facto wife who will be mother to his child...choon liya hai usse...ek hi baat ko baar baar bolna hai! These evils are so insecure! They just need continuous reaffirmations that Ani is sticking to his choice...useless bunch of morons!

This show since start is giving same gyaan on karmo ka fal / Bghwan ki marzi / acha dil ache logo ke sath acha hi hoga blah blah but it's been 462 episodes done and not a single good thing happened with any good hearted people. Neither for Runak nor for Appu Lalon or any good character
