i dont think she cares at the moment. She thinks she can run away from there when this happens. And technically she can. She only needs to stay if Vihaan falls for her or asks her to. And if he does its his responsibility to tackle his baa.

Way its going by the time they find out - they will be so in love with J - they will be begging her to marry Vihaan and write Avni off.

They cannot have Guj house upset with her for long. Baa and Vihaan are going to come under J spell soon.

Next time Ani sees J - her eqn with Guj household and Vihaan will be drastically changed. Thats what will make Ani regret his choice of Arshi more.

Vidya - todays episode while they aired J's issues with Ani - I think the intent was not to showcase J harboring rejection - but her stance to move out of Ani's life.

J is never shown to seriously regret Ani's saath. She always was ready for life without him.

While she was hurt with his actions, I dont believe for a moment her reaction today was all out of her being upset. The ghee stuff was still all concern for Arshi didi and to get dig into Ani more than any jealousy on her side. Her emotions dont run to a deep level of suffering for Ani. She finds it very easy to move on from him physically. Only needs him in her head.
