To me she was same in Kashmir too as Rahul was only friend for her. Rest boys and girls were different every time. She is not shown in the show to be speaking with other friends like Rahul. Jhanak is reserved and introvert both- it's very hard for her to express her feelings to people because deep down she has a feeling of been wrongly judged and rejected because of her childhood trauma of not knowing her father's name.
