After watching episode my understanding is Jhanak is jealous and angry after seeing their photos and she is venting it out on ANI to be loyal to Arshi and not to come near her. She very well know after going to Kolkata he is forced to marry Arshi but she went along with him when he confessed and hugged him back. It’s looks to me husband and wife fight and she is mad because ANI never accepted their marriage fully.
