The conversation between J-Ani are treat to watch. They both can't live without each other. Ani keeps J with him by being possessive about her whereas J stays with Ani by surrendering to his possessiveness. They both are fighting a battle between heart and brain.

J through her life, has learnt that her marriage with Ani, practically does not have any future and hence she predominantly wants Ani to move on and hv a easy, happy life with Arshi. However, there are moments where her heart takes over like when she allowed Ani to hug her in Kashmir and coming back to Kolkata to spend little more time she might get with him. She said, Ani-Arshi relationship is strong enough to face Tufan that she is, because inspite so many challenges neither Ani nor Arshi backed out from the marriage. All the Ani's confessions are in trance states. He has never confessed his feelings consciously. Hence, J said that Ani will forget what he said after he recovers in Kasmir. It hurts J. Hence, on what basis, he will take the drastic step of backing out from marriage? He is trying to hurt J more so as to get her confess what she feels about him. Ani is ready to accept tough life if J is with him, whereas J wants to let go Ani, so he gets to live an easy life. They madly love each other, but their defintion of perfect life for their love is different, hence the tussel, the hurt.
