The way Anirudh looked at her when his car passed by and she standing in tears , that was a connect for him.

Its due to his naughtiness that day she got insulted in front of all.

For him it was just a prank , enjoying the vacation , little did he know that would make a girl end in tears.

He did feel for her , for sure .

And I so agree with you @ bold ...I love the way their story progresses...like beautiful painting or even a novel .

If fate has not brought them together , would he chase her no , he would have been happily living ever after with Arshi. They could have wrote some better lines to show the soul connection .

Though to some Ani’s attraction to Jhanak in Kashmir seems like your clichéd “love at first sight” storyline, but it touches upon something very few have portrayed well — curiosity. Anirudh was intrigued when he met Jhanak, and he can’t quite figure out what it is that attracts him to her. He was infatuated and transported into other world when he saw her dance.He could see there’s an ocean of sadness under her cheerful radiant facade. He saw pain and suffering in her eyes, and he wanted to somehow help her.There is a spark in Jhanak... that's what attracted him to her. He wants that spark to keep burning...and is ready to even burn himself for that ...

The rules of attraction, courting the other person, building intimacy, showing vulnerability — all these are properly explored.. . I like this slow burn...only thing that is bothering me is the toxic part...and inconsistent writing.... otherwise as you said... their story moves like a beautiful novel....
