Marriage with a right guy can be an escape.. but with the person that her criminal maasi brings in can be a prison.

They tease her calling "Heroine" but Jhanak gives them back logically.

These ladies don't want her to talk back, I wonder if they are okay with her even breathing. Probably not.....

Gist of the scene basically, they want to make Jhanak spend her money so she is left penniless and unable to refuse their conditions bringing power imbalance. They want her to buy Kanchivaram sarees... it's so fricking expensive man... She also says okay.

Fortunately, Chotton comes to the rescue and reprimands her for consenting to spend money without Ani's consent and gets sunaoed in return. The arguments get so bad... tbh my blood was boiling, and I wanted Jhanak to give a chanta to everyone of the ladies there. when Tanuja character assasinated her mother. Please Jhanak, don't shout respectfully, fricking slap em on their face man. I beg ya!

Considering yesterday's revelation by Tammi, I can see why Tanuja and Shubo have this superiority complex and think they can deal with others the way they want. They catapulted the Basus into where they are today wealth wise from my opinion. No wonder, they also like sucking d*** to the Mukerjees. From the hint of the phone conversation Vinayak chacha was having, they seem to be into pharma/biotech. Yuck! disgusting when Tanuja asked Chotton to repair the strap of her sandals.... fricking b*****. Instead, Jhanak took it upon herself to do the task.

Time passes and Ani meets Jhanak and converses with her on the balcony in secret. He is angry that Jhanak did as his mom asked and instead wants her to focus on her career. Jhanak as usual doesn't listen and tries to leave, leading to Ani holding her hand.... Yaay! first-hand hold. Too bad she had to say this is probably harassment.... it's getting hard to empathize with Jhanak for me every passing day. I don't know if this is a coincidence, but their arguments/conversations are always timed so that poor Ani receives her wrath.

This was just a rehash of the previous conversations man... Both of them being husband and wife, Jhanak being rude to Ani in front of him... but thanking him behind the back. Liked the fact that Ani only gives a damn about her career and independence and nothing else. His mention to Jhanak about him not always being there makes me feel this abroad thing is probably serious and he wants to make sure she is settled before he leaves (with or without Arshi, not gonna get into it).

I initially felt angry at Ani for thinking of Jhanak as someone naive and needing firmer hands, but seeing how she reacts to him time and again. I think it's justified from his POV to take charge and order her.

Oh and also the classic jealousy he displays when Jhanak mentions marriage, CVs really be sadists here making us bear pain for these two by sprinkling some sugar on top.

On the side we have conversations between Bipasha and Arshi regarding a big plan on Holi ( probably bhaang) and an argument between Shrishti and Vinayak. Both seem okay from their POV. If Shrishti is a fixture on the screens, at least let there be Tashan between Ani and her. Her scenes with others are so boring to watch.

The whole episode is a stagnant cesspool totally justifying the image I attached. Hopefully with Bhaang and Holi the story between Ani and Jhanak moves.

I just got trauma from today’s episode….unspeakable things….wickedness in high places….so many problems with every single person from Jhanak, Ani, to the witch of the west, Tanuja. Ani shifting from being polite to reverting back to overlord obsession mode. Arshi just existing. Vinayak being naively pitiful. It’s horrible that the only person that didn’t offend me today was shristi because I can confirm her fears are valid. What the hell am I watching?

It's a rehash of the same equation between Ani and Jhanak- She is belligerent, Stubborn as hell, stupid in front of Ani due to whatever happened before with his family members. Ani on the other hand is just in an overprotective and dominant mode to save her from herself.

You are right, Shrishti is very valid in how she views Ani considering her temperament. Please give us more scenes with Shrishti and Ani. Atleast we can bear to watch the two outwit eo.

So after gaining confidence and becoming determined, she still cannot have the ability to think critically, instead she thinks crazily again by getting troubled by silly drama. So the makers are showing even Jhanak some kind of stupid (similar to Arshi). All the yesterday's development seem to have been disappeared into dust.
