Janna’s touch Ani’s feet is not a problem as long as she does it with her willingness and it is good thing to take people’s blessings. The problem is the scenario where it has been shown and the events transpired before that. Ani on one hand feeling heartbroken for Janak’s marriage but at the same time he is being shown to buy gifts and the best of stuff for her marraige. Rather than the angst or love for Janak, his responsibility or guardian kind of feeling is coming through a lot. We have not been shown his monologue/thoughts on Janak leaving forever. He is being shown too much of a practical man. Along with this, Shristi’s distasteful comments on Ank being Janak’s brother has got the mixed feelings for the scene. The leads are yet to confess their feelings and we didn't see a single romantic moment between them as a couple. In this scenario, if they show such scenes, it is not giving the right vibe it is supposed to give. May be during the actual episode, it might look different. This is my humble opinion.

I wonder if Ani’s sadness is not arising out of his current predicament.. but him being regretful that in the near future he is going to marry Arshi and their paths might divulge. Otherwise why should he be glum when he surely knows that he is going to abduct her and save her from this mess.

Or is he wondering whether he would fail and J might actually go through with this sham?

We need to wait and watch how the actual episode plays out. I seriously doubt if Ani has any plans to stop this marriage.
