I think it seems unfair to have a TOTAL of 26 vs 29 for a dance that wasn't so discrete. However, when you think about it, the judges only took away one point each. Ganesh gave 9 to Salman, and 8 to Shantanu. Jacqueline and Karan both gave 10 to Salman and 9 to Shantanu. The accumulation of those is what seems so separate, perhaps the judges should have coordinated to give 28 or 27 points instead.

Before anyone attacks me, I am being devil's advocate here. Colors is a very biased channel and I know that Salman is their love child. I personally had a problem with Shantanu's partner choreography today because there was very little tango and even then Alisha and him just don't seem to gel. He was outstanding on the solo though, the small movements he did with his legs while traveling to the fluidity is showed. It was mind blowing. I don't know if the judges gave honest marks or it was all Colors but I hope that Shantanu does get ahead.

As judges pointed out Salman was better in the first half and i completely agree with them... coming to solo shantanu was 100% better than salman...salman was stiff, lost his balance .
my point is how come he get 10's from 2 persons when they clearly see his mistakes...10 should be given to those persons who were just perfect and outstanding . he should get 27 acc to me and shantanu also deserved 27 ... ek solo mein better hain toh ek duet mein ...so they should have got the equal scores or a 1 mark difference but definitely not a 3 mark difference

A so called edgy performance has got difference of three marks. Why the hell Rangeela thinks the viewers are fool? It was height of being biased. Well, if non professionals like Jacky & Karan is judges, what else can be expected. Highly disappointed & disgusted. 😡

Yepp Alisha has to work a lot better but don't you think that maybe they should have got equal marks?

See,in duo Salman was better but Solo Shantanu was :)

True,the judges are not even professionals and what do they know about dance?

It's so funny,Jacky is just a newbie actress, she can't dance herself and just because she danced in some of her movies,basic dance huh,she thinks she is a dancer ? Lol, just because she is popular,they just put her here in Jhalak as a glamour quotient and cheerleader

I agree, they should have gotten similar marks. Even one mark difference would have been okay to digest. The problem is that Jacqueline and Karan can't judge for shit. They both look at dance from the surface and not from within. Ganesh is the only proper judge on the show and I can respect him for not giving Salman a perfect. The other two just saw how "hot" Salman looked and even though he wasn't flawless in his solo, he was "intense". Apparently, that's how it is for 2/3 of the judges on JDJ. 🤢

Yeah I do agree, Shantanu was a bit behind in duo part but then he was outstanding in Solo part & was way ahead than Salman. Salman lost balane in the last jump, was stiff during the krump parts, but Judges chosen to ignore that. The fact is judge's remarks always do have major impact than performance & common people & General viewers tend to remind that comment part more. So if they purposefully keep being mum about Salman's mistake, surely people will forget that too.

Shan was better in solo, while Salman was better in duet. Marks distribution can differ for 1, but not 3.

But Salman was not flawless in solo too. He was weak in solo and so was Shan in duet

If Salman was better in duet then Shan was better in solo,so overall they should have got same marks. not fair

Sure Shan is versatile and he actually did 3 different styles
