Loved the analysis because, to be quite frank, it was spot on. I've always watched Jhalak. It's what happens when you're born into a family where you learn star plus and zee to before your alphabets. So having said that, I can quite confidently say that this season sucks. Big time.
I'll start with my main man Sidhant Gupta. I don't know how many TEI fans are on this forum but Sid is a pretty average dancer who has been blessed with a beautiful face and charming personality. However, he looks so bad in the show! The weight loss is so evident and I just want to hit him up with a few burger meals. PLEASE EAT SOMETHING.
I'm crying at your Helly analysis. Jacqueline and Helly have very annoying screen presence which is entertaining at first but gets pretty annoying very quickly. Shes defo going to the top because she is the star child atm.
I quite like Salman. He's been great in the past seasons as a choreographer. Yes, there might be an unfair advantage but I guess that means that I expect him to pull off something that will blow my mind away, literally. His performances so far have been good but I expect more in order to appreciate him properly.
Arjun and Shakti are very sincere and have so much scope for improvements. Nothing more on them from me.
I don't really care about the others. You share the same sentiments as me when it comes to Karishma, and Nora is just there as a sex symbol. Give me a break.
Karan Johar has always annoyed me and he does so till date. I can't even look at his face without feeling irked.

Edited: Forgot to mention that I adore Shantanu. Can't wait to see more of him and yes, his choreographer isn't great but I'm hoping he'll put some of his own initiative into his own performances. We'll just have to wait and see I guess.

Dude, I feel you! I watched daily soaps as a kid instead of cartoons. My friends would be talking about Scooby Doo and I'd be there like "did you guys watch Kasam Se last night?" No one had any idea what the hell I was talking about. I haven't liked a Jhalak season since Season 6. Every season after that was okay, but there nothing that made actually like it. This season isn't even okay, it just sucks.
I don't know much about Sidhant, but I kind of did guess that he was very well liked. I can't remember much about his first performance, and I'm not sure who his choreographer is either, so I don't really have an opinion about him.
Well, I wouldn't say Helly's as annoying as Jaqueline. I mean, I don't like her, but she doesn't annoy me, not just yet. Karishma on the other hand, annoys me very much.
I just don't like the fact that Salman came back as a contestant after winning as choreographer, and I don't why, but him doing his own choreography kind of irks me because he's not the choreographer, he's the contestant. He can have ideas, sure! But choreographing the entire routine?! And we've seen sensuous acts from him before, as well as acts with a lot of background stuff. But I just want to see one, simple, pure dance type of performance from him. No tricks, no extra stuff, just a nice, simple routine. Well not a simple routine, he's capable of more... But you get what I'm trying to say right?
Arjun and Shakti I'm actually excited to watch. I have nothing against Arjun, poor guy keeps having Naagin 2 promotions shoved down his throat by Rangeela. I think he's going to be an amazing dancer by the end of the season because he seems to have that drive to win, and Bhavna is simply amazing! That girl can work wonders! Shakti is already a great dancer, and with Suchitra by his side, he's going to go very far in Jhalak.
Oh, Nora is definitely Jhalak's new sex symbol. I mean, she actually seems like a good dancer, and she's a trained dancer, but Jhalak just wants to utilize her as a hotness factor which is not right.
Karan and Manish have been here so long, that it would be weird for me to not see them. It's like, when I come home, and I don't see my parents and freak out because they're supposed to be home, that's what it would be like.

I can't remember much about Alisha's choreography to have a strong opinion on her, but I do remember her doing a lot of Bollywood-style routines. I don't know if her style has changed at all, so we'll just have to see. Oh, Shaan's definitely going to have his say in the routines. Alisha knows that Shaan has good ideas, so I think she'll definitely take them into account.
