I had never ever even seen him before seeing Maharana Pratap!!
And he was the only reason I saw the show! He was just fantastic in his acting and I started seeing his dance performances after seeing him act!
He is consistent, hardworking and just AMAZING in everything he does and he is the only contestant in Jhalak who deserves the trophy according to me!

Yesss thats our boyyy!🥳he proved it through and through what an amazing performer he is! and mahn I loved how he has perfected quite a few forms apart from his forte in Hip hop by now!
I love him and so proud of this talented shining star..few years down the line..when he becomes a superstar (which m sure he will😳) we will all be proud of ourselves too, having followed him since he took his babysteps in dancing and acting both😛
[]

Ohhh Hiru!!!! I'm absolutely delighted to see you again! It has indeed been too long! I know, I could actually feel my heart swell with pride every single time he got a standing ovation, or the nonpareil praises, alike. Its not unsubstantiated why even the judges vouch for his talent, they have their hearts stolen by his dance too. 😛

Faisal was never a novice to Indian TV like lauren and scarlett were..he is known in not just the field of dancing but acting as well and has scored very high on critical acclaim and accolades even in acting (man I sound like a broken record reaffirming that over and over again)..but I know of some cousins, who hadnt watched him in DID, but knew him becoz of Pratap's role!
so if one has to bracket him along with trained dancers, how about we put him in the same category as Sushant and Shakti - who were equally popular in acting and dance both!
Sanaya is not the only popular celebrity in the world u know😆maybe one of the most popular, but there are many fishes in the water!
regardless, I m pretty sure that faisal is not winning..and my heart will break to see him upset over it..and Sanaya deserves to win it, just for the growth she has showed..
but yes, for once I wish Im wrong and the best dancer indeed wins😭last time I was high on the same when Isha competed..and this time for faisal..the support faisal is receiving from the TV industry is out of world!👏👏👏I dont want to see faisal cry😭

@BOLD: I'm quite sure they are not on IF to contribute in stuff like forum ranking and all 😆. My mom was like, "Who do you think is gonna win?" and I said, "Mumma, they're gonna make Sanaya Irani win.." and she goes, "Sanaya? 😕 Why?" She isn't a daily soap person you see. 😆 (Only historicals and mythos she watches) So, yeah, there's a life outside IF. 😆

@ITALICS: I beg to differ there, I think her semi-finale performances were sub-par and not worthy of the trophy, not at all. I still fail to see what kind of exceptional improvement she has shown, improvement yes but exceptional no. Then Shamita and Mohit are equally 'deserving' to win. But my post was never intended to compare Faisal with anyone else at all. There's no need to do that. Every one who has eyes can see that for themselves. Anyways, I'm so glad to see so many hibernating Faisal fans come out and extend their support for him so coherently in their posts. 😃

I know, he will be upset over missing the victory by such a short margin even after doing everything that needed to be done on this platform. *sigh* But I'm sure he won't cry, what he has achieved in his teenage, others have or not have even in their mid thirties. He has a long way to go and he will only emerge a better person, and a better dancer , of course!

First let me clear this, nothing against Faisal ...he is the most consistent, hardworking and best dancer out there! BUT the format of the show is the same old... I would say, Colors might be blamed for hypocrisy ...but why to blame them alone when contestant, very well aware with the fact that here more than the dancing its popularity + dancing that makes a winner, come in to the game??

If their only aim is to win the show, they should look at every aspect and history of the show and then step in ... Like how Lauren and Scarlett knew they will never win, and they have admitted that winning wasnt their aim either ..., and what they had wanted and expected from this show, they have got!

So if Faisal fits in the format of popularity + dancing, he will win ...else , he is already made a place and achieved more than the trophy!

wow ...so going by ur logic..
any good dancer shld not participate in jhalak a dance reality show jst because he/shes not a celebrity or is less popular...
and any non dancer shld sign n win jhalak a dance reality show jst because he/she is a popular face of tv ...

I think ppl have grown to accept the fact that the most deserving contestant never wins Jhalak 😆 Chang winning over Sushant ( that one was downright ridiculous cos Sushant was really popular and was the most consistent performer that season by quite a distance 😆), Gurmeet winning over RD, Esha and Rashmi, DD winning over Lauren etc. But then again, Sushant despite losing gained a lot from the show so am pretty sure Faisal will go places too..The trophy is not the be all and end all anyway..The one thing i really like about him is the fact that he never takes his talent for granted..Just that one quality and his hardwork will take him far..

P.S. Its probably just me but Faisal was a lot better on DID than he is on JDJ right now..That one blindfold act he did on Sapnon se bhare naina beats everything he has done so far on Jhalak..Despite that, he is still the best and most consistent dancer on this show by a distance..

As far as I understand conceptualisation of the show was intended to provide a platform for a celebrity to bring in forefront their dancing skills - much more enhanced, polished and presented in unique way showcasing their talent, abilities ,skills consistently with every opportunity that came their way week after week - going by this definition there can only be one winner - Faisal but then blind adulation and idol worshipping is known to change course of history what's a mere rigged, biased and convoluted so called reality show!!!!

U know I felt they under-praised/ appreciated him most of the time😆 its like..haa he is a trained dancer..he is expected to do well kinds..😕😆 Ive been underwhelmed by a lot of trained dancers in the same show in the same format in the past..and with faisal's shaky start with co-ordination issues/ heavy on foot movements in the beginning, I was definitely worried..but then he miraculously turned around (ok for me since the PK act😳) but for most since Lavni performance..I was certainly elated to see faisal push himself towards those territories that were his weak areas..he exceeded my expectations in the lavni, the classical dance and the ariel + blindfold act..for that matter even the performance where Faishnavi had to dance as per the camera angles focused on miniatures..it looks easy to watch, but really difficult to perform..when it was all about being literally "on the right place at the right time"👏

I'm quite sure they are not on IF to contribute in stuff like forum ranking and all 😆. yeah no IF-ing😆 not many know about this secret hideout place for TV/ movie buffs like us😆😆😉 I agree, JMO as well sanaya's target audience is the youngsters, who may have followed her since MJHT and IPK..even faisal's audience is niche, who follow historicals as u said..in any case..I dont doubt that sanaya has a massively huge fandom and many are very very active online..but for his age and purely making a mark big time on the basis of his talent and literally being a shining example of rags to riches story, faisal is a known face unlike how he is perceived to be on this forum..and hopefully JDJ has only added to his steadily increasing fanbase😃

I beg to differ there, I think her semi-finale performances were sub-par and not worthy of the trophy, not at all. u know when she started off, her terrible first performance, simply cringeworthy and lacking in grace..she has come a long way for me..compared to THAT 😆 her movements are definitely more fluid and pleasant to watch subjectively..thats just me I guess...

and no definitely not comparing faisal with anyone..im only talking in perspective with the individual journeys of all performers..by that margin..I found shamita the weakest..she was good in the first episode..and she is strictly good till the end..but nowhere was there a fantastic performance..which would make me sit up and watch her..and I find her totally lacking in expressions department..never understood the hoopla around her by the judges..

as for faisal he can only be compared to himself..or as aditi had said - to his alter ego in lavni dance - "Faisilaa"😛😆 by that barometer, I definitely found a great deal amount of growth in faisal as a dancer in JDJ..his expressions are on point (courtesy his acting stint), he has added finesse in his performances, he has improved on his footwork..since he started out in JDJ..he has worked on instilling just the right amount of energy in his performances..not going too OTT, not underperforming either..over the course of performances

I know, he will be upset over missing the victory by such a short margin even after doing everything that needed to be done on this platform. *sigh* But I'm sure he won't cry, what he has achieved in his teenage, others have or not have even in their mid thirties. from his appeals and insta videos..I feel like he really wants this trophy Rini😭😭 yes he has a lot more ladders to climb..😃 more power to our boy!🥳

True, there are blind fans who are ready to overlook their favourite celebrity's faults and want them to win but can't acknowledge the other contestants talent.

Nice to know people are now favoring the tag 'Reloaded' when before people came to make fun of it!! Such irony!! 😆 Of course, as a dancer Faisal should win and I always wondered why dancers don't win!! But I realized it's more than that!! But however, I wouldn't mind if Faisal wins!! Although I would also feel sad for my fave as well!! Why can't there be a tie?!! 😉😆

he is the only contestant who truly deserves to win!
unfortunately i dont think he will
and i wanted to hug shahid and ganesh for saying the one thing that no one else ever had the guts to say on the show!
faisal should win - he is the only one from the four who deserves him (personally i think shamita should come second bc she was most versatile - but other 2 contestants have a big fan following so who knows)
