It's a simple marketing technique Anita's Pr team has devised and very effective if i may say so. She is a wife of a businessman, she is surrounded by Ekta's troupe, it's a very very clever thing she did.

Tell me something, why on earth would people waste 100s of rupees voting for a random tv starlet forgetting that they have a life for 2 days every week? It's all about give and take...why are ppl being so self righteously enraged for her doing something that is clearly not against any pre-specified rules?

If the contestants themselves, their families can hog a significant percentage share of the votes, then I don't see anything remotely" unfair" in this. Every contestant is dependant on the public for votes...it's just that Anita's management team is clever enough to devise a strategy and use the many facets of social media as her strength that many others have failed to do so till now.
