But JDJ is not just another dance competition. It is "Dancing With the Stars" and fandoms play a bigger role than dancing capabilities here. In so many seasons of JDJ not even once best dancers have won. Unless and until as you say Shamita has industry support I do not see her as a winner, but only in Top 5. Both Sanaya & Vivian have far stronger and crazier fan bases than her. Plus they both are showing good improvement in terms of dancing.

Coming to Vivian and Ashish, JDJ was never a pure dance based show. It was always a journey from a non-dancer to a dancer; and this was always asserted by judges in previous seasons. In those terms Sanaya, Vivian and Ashish fit in more aptly in the concept of JDJ than trained or good dancers. Instead of mocking them for their non-dancing abilities I am better off praising their willingness to learn and grow; to let millions in public judge their non dancing abilities

I am so sick of people harping about deserving winners! So why the hell do we have to vote in the first place spending our money and sacrificing our sleep? 🤢

They r watching the wrong show if they keep harping about the actual format of the show trying to fit it to their own expectations!
I will be far happier if a GENUINE popular star wins this - cz any other bakwas win will be fixed by colors! cz there is no effing way they can justify how sm random XYZ like Subrit or Shamita got more votes than VD,SI or even Ashish!

And tthis is coming from a person who actually enjoys Shamita a lot!

KJO calling Shamita a "superstar" then why couldn't she made it big in the industry? Or why didn't he offer her films with SRK to get her a "superstar" status? As he seems to like her so much.

I have nothing against Shamita she's a great dancer but not as good as Faisal and she's no superstar she failed in BW. If she's a "Superstar" then Uday Chopra and Tushar Kapoor are superstars too.
