Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded has wrapped up its third week and by now we have an idea about the strong contenders in the show. Where Mohit Malik is emerging as the dark horse in the race, contestants like Scarlett Wilson and Faisal Khan have proved their worth with some impeccable acts. We are certain all the Jhalak enthusiasts must be having their favourites by now. While some might be drawn to Vivian Dsena's stylish stints, Sanaya Irani and Radhika Madan's dhamakedaar performances must have floored many. The contestants are doing their bit but let's not forget that Jhalak also has experts to judge their dancing skills. Shahid Kapoor
Apart from the fact that Shahid is the star attraction of the show, what's admirable is that his involvement in the series isn't limited to his glamorous quotient. The newlywed is not only entertaining with his stints but is also technical and stern when he needs to be. The actor does a bit of everything- hosting, dancing and judging. All in all, Sasha uses his star power to the fullest and is the glue that holds the show together.
Karan Johar
Let's face it; Kjo is the funniest and wittiest judge on the block. The filmmaker's never ending banter with host Manish Paul, makes for an entertaining watch. Kjo might not be very technical with his remarks but always gives his honest opinion in the most humble way possible. The director looks for masala, entertainment in a performance and never refrains from going all out with his praises, when impressed.
Lauren Gottlieb
Lauren is the most upfront judge on the panel. The ABCD 2 actress doesn't mince her words and puts it out there, without being apologetic. Be it commenting on the dancer's execution of steps, costume or expressions, Lauren says what she needs to say. She also uses her knowledge of dance and doesn't hold back from giving choreographers some tips on how to improve their techniques. For example, Lauren revealed her pet peeve and stated that she hates it when people on stage, walk from one point to another, instead of dancing it through, during an act. She advised the choreographer to keep it mind the next time. A great point, we must say!
Ganesh Hegde
Ganesh is a fan of technique, efficiency and performance. All in all, he is on the panel to look for the best dancer, period. The judge is extremely particular about the technicalities of dance and often corrects contestants regarding the same. Ganesh comes across as knowledgeable and uses this tool for critiquing, which makes his opinion stand out amongst the rest of the judges. Interestingly, the Main Deewana sensation is not just about work but also a bit of play. Ganesh is often seen engaging in some goofy antics be it imitating a personality, rapping or pulling off a funny dance step.
