diyaS - :) ok, respect ur opinion..since we veer on area of interest itself..I m more into dancing..as much as I like singing, I try and catch most of the dance shows, except for this year's crappy baliye..

and then maybe the initial lure/ pull towards JDJ or NB is the more popular celeb..but what guarantees longer stay as a viewer, JMO, in any dance show, be it JDJ or NB or any other professionally trained ones too is quality dance..

u may not know faisal (and as I said in the previous post, he is not as unknown as people think or DID is not his sole claim to fame..he has had his loyal fans and won tons of awards as an actor too for his performance in pratap) or scarlett before JDJ, just the way not many knew lauren or isha (and isha despite being a BW debutant wasnt very known either with the masses) prior to JDJ, but they did become well known due to their performances on the same show, where there were bigger and more popular names..which means the audience did appreciate good dancing as well..and it wasnt just popularity of a particular actress/ actor alone as a benchmark to watch JDJ..definitely not in longevity..

so then we'd just have to agree to disagree ;)

When i said I would not tune in for Faisal, I took his and Scarlett's name as the two best dancers on the show. I do know him as Maharana Pratap ... like I said I don't follow dance, so till he came on JDJ, I didn't know he had done DID ... that's my level of interest in dance shows 😆

The rest of your comment, I think I've addressed in my edited remark ... quality dancing will attract the audience for sure ... Isha was another one I tried to follow, because I'd heard of her before and I loved what little I saw ... didn't follow her much though because of time constraints.

My bet is on Vivian, Sanaya and Radhika.

Vivian - Because he is a complete NON DANCER and worst of the lot. But he is improving and putting in a lot of effort and as a result he even bagged best performer title. So yeah it will be interesting to see his journey. Plus he has massive support of his fans and even if he falters, he would be saved by the votes.

Sanaya - Same as above. She is a non dancer too and she will improve along the way. Moreover she has huge fan following.

Radhika - Although she hasn't impressed me yet , she is the colors bahu and her show has highest trp in the channel. Plus she is famous among the youth. And she is a trained dancer too.

As much I wish she does, there's no guarantee. She still has a lot to improve. Her and Vivian are among the strongest contenders when it comes to votes I'm asuming. Radhika seems to be popular as well and is currently acting on a show for Colors so Idk she might be picked as the winner. I would stop saying that Sanaya is going to win. She has chances of winning only if she improves throughout the weeks which I hope she does.
