Exactly! How can it be the winners fault when the talented dancers don't have that much votes or there fanbase isn't big at all? Looking at DD fanbase her winning is acceptable. Just like it will be acceptable if Vivian and Sanaya win this season.

Everything depends on votes too so its the people who vote for these undeserving winners should be blamed.

I voted for DD that time and I am voting for Sanaya this time. And if she isn't there I would have voted for VD!
I don't care a damn about what some purist dance enthusiasts wanna see! I only care about watching my own favs dance to the most number of days and hopefully winning!
What I do, what my fav celebs make me do make money to the channel, so we use it to make our favs win, So sue me! 😆

Find fans for the so called great dancers and then get them to vote, before calling the other actually popular winners rigged! 🥱

I agree with that, it's an unfair competition between trained and non-trained; when the actual competition in JDJ has always been between fan-bases or votes instead of performances.Not that I find it surprising, people are bound to support their favourite star if they're in a show. Trained dancers have an edge in dancing whereas some of the non-trained have an edge mostly in popularity. In a way it is unfair for both kind of competitors, non-trained ones have this constant pressure to dance as least half as good as trained ones. And trained ones, though better never get to win, what an irony!Though I don't mind enjoying good dances at all!

I think the voting system is fair enough to be honest. JDJ has always been more about popularity and votes than talent.

Without votes these popular stars wouldn't even survived.

Well, I am not aware of the controversy. Actually I only watched it here and there and thought he totally deserved to win the show. Maybe that's why I'd assumed that he actually won the show. I started to follow Jhalak keenly from its 6th edition for DD. Even she has a dancing background before the start of the show. I bring this in because there's a difference between actors who know a bit of dancing vs trained dancers participating in a dance show. How was the format like in Sony? With the kind of rage that Grover used to have, he should have totally won the show, shouldn't he?
