I don't mind if DD fans vote for her or support her! That is absolutely fine, that is the point of being a fan.

However, the sort of negative comments I have read (aimed at other contestant, mainly Lauren) makes me feel disgusted!

And I know it's mainly DD fans who are writing these filthy comments (the ID picture and name speaks for itself)! And while writing cruel comments, they almost never fail to mention Drashti so it pretty clear it's DD fans.

Support your favourite but don't go insulting other contestants along the way! That is not done!

This is not aimed at all DD fans because I know not all are like this...

Now even loving DD is a crime,most of the DDians don't bash any celebrity.

Its exactly the opposite,haters are the one bashing her day and night. 🤔

I know right, I was disgusted to see DDians write such vile things about Lauren and then they say they don't bash anyone else, jokes. I haven't seen anyone write such filth against any other contestant. I mean just because she is better at dancing and doing wonders, she deserves all those ludicrous comments. I am baffled. Anyone would be ashamed to have such fans 🤢🤢🤢

I am DD fan.But i do agree some of her dance does not deseve to get more where as judges have given,Here more than DD we should blame salman too.His chrography is not that good.

I agree. I don't understand the meaning or motive of saying harsh things to or about Lauren. If there is something to say about her dancing, there is a way to say it but getting personal is just sad. If the other fan groups have confidence in their contestant then there is no need for such comments to or about any celebrity. I've even heard that Shaan got the brunt of some comments - again, unnecessary.

the problem is not that u vote..the problem is that you take away from the credit of others and ridicule other contestants...and you are too , i don't know to put it mildly and most politely confused, to not humbly accept when she is not deserving of her marks...which FYI every other fan group does...no one stops to support their fans..but then no one goes about ridiculously defending illogically defending sthg..

No one cares or is telling u to not vote..those retorts have come after severe insinuations from fans just because they jumped the gun and assume what they wanted to assume..

If the replusion has been created..then yes, it has been created because of this behavior of fans..of degrading others to illogically defend your fav...

talking of myself...till the time i praised DD i was good..the moment i find her one performance bad..i am labelled a hater...

So, i guess you really need to re asses yourself..or atleast let the saner amture fans do the talking..and i hv come across a few..who are sane DD fans..

My analysis on y it wud happen..

It is known as embarrassment by association syndrome...

Now this is how it works...

You like a celeb..and then you meet a few people who are like minded at least in lliking of the celeb..and then over time cliques are formed..and then they grow bigger and groups are formed..

A group is characterized by similar traits and beliefs...

Now you find that the group that you were proud of being associated with is morally not aligned to your beliefs...they claimed of being fans of this celeb..but you did not buy in the fact that that comes at demeaning others and show others down because that is the only way you know of showing your fav is better...

Clearly you dont believe so, you on the other hand think that to make her appear better...i can promote her positively and keep on doing so...insted of negative popularity..and creating more repulsion..

Now you want to break away from the group...because you are embarassed of this association..

But humans have a system known as memories..and involuntary association by memories..

so now you have started associating the 'group' with the celeb;... and now the celeb conjures up all negative vibes not by herself..but by the association so forged..

And that is how this works..

by the way this works in reverse too..

if the same person comes in contact with another similar group who support same celeb...but are morally more aligned to this person...then they will be brought together by the basic emotion which was mutual admiration of the celeb...

So you see..yes it does matter..how a fan group acts...and how or why it may have an impact on how others feel..
