I keep hearing that Drashti is a Non Dancer. Which is absolutely false. She is a Professional Dancer Dancing in Shows and in Award Functions. But yes, I agree, she is a poor/weak dancer. But these two things aren't same.

A Poor / Weak Professional Dancer is not Equal to a Non Dancer.

What's your definition of a non-dancer.

Dancing at award show does not make one a professional dancer. Just the way acting in a school's play does not make a child an artist. Or cooking at home make one a chef.

I don't think dancing at award functions make you a pro dancer. Going by that standard all the Bollywood actress would have become professional dancers 🤔

I am a big fan of dhristi..lets hope always for the best...if she wins, good...but here the discussion of being a professional and a nonprofessional...is different...no doubt dhristi is a non-professional, professional dancers are those who's profession is to dance and choreograph for movies...I can give examples of great professional dancers : Laurence in south film industry, prubhu deva, who holds gunnies world record is a professional as well, vaibhavi marchant..many more,...dancing skills and professionalism are way too different...DD is having great dancing skills but is not a professional..😉 all professional dancers can become actors...but all actors cannot become professional dancers...JALAK IS A PLATFORM TO SHOW CASE DANCING SKILLS...NOT PROFESSIONALISM...

@TM, Drashti is not a professional dancer but she is trained in some dance forms, as dancing is still considered the most important skill for Indian actresses to possess, even more important than acting 😆...and as part of her profession, she has danced live in various shows, she has even danced in music videos...So it is an absolute lie if some one claim her to be a non-dancer...😃

If you get rid of "Profession dancer" from your post, then your post is bang on.

Drashti has had a lot more exposure to dancing from having tried her hand at a dance form for a certain period of time along with stage shows, music videos, her daily soap opera. I mean if she is a non dancer, then what is the catergory for Sid or that cricketer who have two left feet 🤡

So calling her a non dancer is ridiculous and makes one look like a fool 😆😆

Yeah, the cricketer, Suresh Menon, Shaan, Sid and Mantra were "non-dancers" in its truest sense, but alas most of them could not go far ...😭 And one of them is only continuing coz of being the damaad of the channel's most favorite show...😆
