Ya, lauren never said it..but colors promoted that in the beginning.. colors just make me laugh over everything.. wat business houses have to do to promote themselves..

Just to add more to info: Lauren did not win SYTYCD but because of her versatility in all dance forms and her talent, SYTYCD's executive producer Nygel couldn't let her walk away. That's why she returned as one of the choreo for choreography round next season. And then as All Star for other seasons.

Well, to be honest I didn't even know who was Lauren until she joined JDJ. Then after I watched ABCD and I was impressed with her ability to dance so effortlessly. I don't know anything about SYTYCD . I don't think she ever claimed that she won that show in JDJ.

Zephy Lauren didn't win SYTYCD... She was in top 6 and she was appreciated fr her dance... It's after this he trained herself and became more good... She was assisting Mia Michaels and many more know top choreographers, she has also worked with a lot of A list celebrities from HW...

But yes, Colors promoted her like the winner and that was wrong thing to do. However, Lauren has never said that shw was the winner.

No she was trained in a single form of dance... Just like DID... But in the show you get to perform various dance forms and with know choreographers... She did really well in the show...
Just like how Ex DID contestants have become more good with dances after te show, Lauren too has become even better...

Lauren is much like her partner punit actually. Both did not win their respective shows( SYT or DID2) but improved by leaps and bounds with eah passing yr. Infact seeing punit as a choreographer now and as dancer makes me happy that I supported him in DID2. He really has flourished now, under Remo's guidance. As a dancer he has improved immensely.
