I don't think he meant to disrespect Kjo. "Sir" means nothing to me as I use sir for strangers because I don't know their names!! Calling someone by his/her name is pretty respected.

I do not feel that way at all...I think it is perfectly fine to address the judges by their names! Nobody addresses Simon Cowel or Mariah Carey as Simon Sir or Mariah Madam in American Idol...
